I put an order in on the 7th of April. It took a week for them to confirm they had shipped it. I’ve had no update since then on when my order will be received. I’ve contacted them twice. They haven’t got in touch. The picture of the shop clearly is fake and this is a Chinese company.
I’m not sure if it’s poor customer service or a scam?
I would advise anybody not to use them and don’t be fooled by the website. The reviews on the website are all positive of course they would be however Trustpilot is a different story.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. The dress I received was markedly different from the product advertised. Specifically, the material was extremely thin and the colour was a faded blue, rather than the vibrant ink blue shown in the promotional images. Additionally, there was a gap in the side seam where the stitching was incomplete. The size delivered did not correspond to the size I ordered. Despite these issues, I was instructed to pay for the return shipping to China. I consider this unreasonable, particularly given the product's faults and the discrepancy between the item received and the item advertised.
