Shane is very laid back and this makes for a relaxed eye test. Both he and Lisa are friendly, efficient and approachable. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Shane, Lisa & the team at Kingsbridge opticians are always incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough in everything they do. We visit often as a result of a busy, sporty 12 year with glasses. This is a fantastic family opticians who look after our eye care impeccably well.

My three visits to Kingsbridge Opticians were excellent. Shane has a very relaxed way of testing. He explains everything he does simply and with humour. Lisa was very helpful when I chose my frames and at the fitting. All the staff were excellent...and I particularly enjoyed the lovely coffee as I waited for my appointments.

My eye test with Shane was really thorough and explained everything really well.
What I really appreciated was that there was no effort to "sell" me something I didn't need. In fact quite the opposite, which is reassuring.
Having been for a number of years, having a comparison of eye sight is great. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Staff were so helpful and was able to give me an appt for my hearing test and eyesight test.

Shane spent a long time doing intricate investigations into my eye issues. I was concerned as it appeared that my sight had reduced considerably over the past year, but he reassured me after the tests that I had no cause for concern. I like going to an optician where I see the same person on each visit and everything is dealt with efficiently. Their location is also a plus, with water, coffee and toilet facilities onsite.

Kingsbridge opticians give excellent care to my elderly parents and show patience towards my father who has dementia and give excellent clinical advice and care to my mother who has several issues with her eyes
