Was referred to by a family member. I signed up purchased and end up winning 500 but cash out 300. Few days later I get a email from them asking for documents sent everything asked for. And after then no communicate at all after I have emailed them muliple of times . I feel like they just trying to get out of paying me plus they shut down my account. Awful optimization, the site is easily the slowest I've ever played on. Can't give much more information unfortunately because its almost impossible to get anything to load and games crash extremely frequently.

For reference I've played on PC and my Galaxy Z Fold 7 so it has nothing to do with my hardware or internet. Will update review if they ever get around to optimizing so that I can actually play.

This site deserves zero stars they're theives. I had 60 dollars in my account and bought the bonus for 60 cents soon as I clicked buy feature my money disappeared and they said I have insufficient funds. They're scams . Update, both redemption only took two days. However it appears there is a fee first was a 100 dollars sent 97 dollars the other was 500 dollars they sent 487.50. could be a exchange rate not sure but I'm not concerned about it. I will play here again.

Enjoyed playing on this site. I will say the slow loading times can be frustrating but not terrible. I bought a package and won did two redemptions i typically like to redeem something on a site before i make another purchase i will report back on how long it takes.

Bonuses requires 10x playthrough to unlock for redemption which is pretty high. The site is so ungodly slow you'll pull your hair out. I wouldn't use again even for a good promo.

It lags so bad takes forever to load even when it finally loads and you pick the game you want to play takes forever loading again. And when your in the middle of spins It starts lagging and acting like it's looking for connection. I don't have this issue with any of the other casinos I play. It has all the games I like to play. I hope they fix the issue soon.

At first I thought it was a pretty cool app until it has glitches only when it comes to trying to redeem ur winnings.
I added a debit card to get payments and once I save it the card number changed over and over also tried to add bank account, linked bank account and my bank showed it was linked but on app said error didn't save. Tried on app and chrome/firefox/safari like support suggested and nope nothing has been saved👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
*Update* Issue still isn’t resolved . I have been trying to redeem prize since Dec 21 2025 and agents tell me to do the same thing over and over. Showed agents screenshots of KingPrize “coin flow” that they are indeed connected to my bank account through Plaid. And account isn’t on my KingPrize account for redemption. Never experienced this with any other casino accounts . Have no problem with Spinpals and CrownCoins Casino app or platform.🤔

Made an account with wrong email accidentally put in .coms instead of .com I couldn't change it in Profile setting to complete verification so made immediately made an account and verified. I made a purchase and won 100 dollars. When I went to redeem they told me they closed my account due to multiple accounts. I wrote back and told them what had happened. They then wrote me back and told me that they understood it was a mistake and saw I didn't use the first account but they would not let me redeem my 100 dollars but my account was now reactivated and I would be allowed to make more purchases and redeem other wins. COMPLETE SCAM! If you understand the mistake and are going to reactivate the account why would you not pay the win. I didn't cheat anything YOUR SYSTEM would not let me fix the email to get it verified.

At first I thought this was a great casino. Made a few redemptions and it was going great. They steadily increased the play through requirements each time I made a purchase which reached absurd levels like 20x and up which is ridiculous! Who could possibly play through money that many times and have a profit much less enough to redeem???? But before I bought my last package I went to live support and asked what the requirements were and they told me 5x which again is too high if you ask me but I bought it. Played through it more than 5x and wondered what the deal was so I went back to the live support and the same person said she told me wrong and that the play through requirement for this package was actually 20x. Quite a difference! I never would’ve bought it under these conditions. I made it almost all of the way there before losing it all! After back and forth with “customer service” if you can call it that they determined that an apology was sufficient and that nothing else would be done. An apology doesn’t cut it. I’ve dealt with some awful sweepstakes casino but yours is top 3 material for sure. Just stay away!

Edit #1: I was asked for further info by king price after submitting this review and I have screenshots of the customer service rep admitting to the mistake and the apology which by the way does me no good. I would love to take this review down if they just do what’s right. I’d settle for a refund honestly at this point. It’s the right thing to do.

I would like to rewrite my review and inform that the way how this company operate is unfair. I did won fair and square and they’re accusing me of cheating and close my account. I even spoke to the customer service team and they were helpful with my redemption and all of sudden this happened. I only got redeemed partial of my winnings and it should’ve been all. I would be aware of this company and I know they’re new, but very unprofessional. I’m reading other people’s review and hope that they do pay me for my redemption that they said they would. I’ll wait for the 5 days to see if the money gets sent to my account. Would highly recommend people to not play on their app/platform.

It’s been ok. Games are very very tight. There are a lot of fun games and my favorites are on here. However the play through is very high for bonuses AND there is a cap for a free coins received so idk. Like I said it’s been fun but have not been able to win anything worth cashing out and I hear cash out is slow. There are other platforms that are a little bit more user friendly as well as player oriented too and what I mean by that is less restrictions on everything, better cash out options, less time for winnings. I wouldn’t spend much here in my personal opinion. Customer service has been fantastic so that’s a plus
