These people are liers and deceitful. My check never arrived they said it was sent it out on 3 weeks ago still haven't received my settlement. I'm going to call the bar of associate. Don't trust this office.

Typical lawyer CROOK! Will not take your case unless he's sure he can win. He will procrastinate and take his sweet time the whole time claiming he and his office are working hard. Sends you to to many Dr. appointments claiming it's better for your case and will get you a larger settlement, but fails to tell you it ALL comes out of your pocket! Straight up taking advantage of your traumatic situation to fill his own pocket!!!

Share honest experiences, I don't know how to begin about the accident in February . No one ask me how it happened and who was at fault. When accidents happen off the freeway. Other drivers should be very careful as they drive by. Don't slow down to look, just continue at a slower pace. Stop if you are qualified to assist at the scene or to direct traffic. Share your experience with others is always helpful.

They've been working on my case since july-august of 2016. It is now June 2017, and I have yet to see any progress. Every time I am contacted, its always the same update with no actual improvement from what I can see. I have informed them plenty of times I would like my case to be closed asap, and they still keep delaying the closure for what i feel is just for their own benefit. I'm starting to feel I hardly feel I have any say in the matter. At this point, because there hasn't been any progress and it all sounds repetitive, I'm starting to question if choosing them to help me with my case out of all the other willing attorney who I feel would actually show me true promised progress, was the right choice or not. I have co-workers and friends that have been in similar situations in the past and present and are all able to move on with their life because of different attorneys they have chosen to work with. I will say the staff HAS been very patient and polite towards me though, so ill leave it as a 3 star for now and may update it depending on how soon this will all be settled.

I requested some legal information online, and although Beverly Law doesn't take on cases like mine, the person who called shortly after my request (at 6PM, no less!) provided a great deal of useful information and emailed me links regarding what my next steps should be, for free! Based on personal experience, this would generally cost a good bit of money, so they won me over with their generosity. If I required legal assistance, Beverly Law would definitely be my first choice.

I was really glad to receive a call from Michael Shemtoub regarding my consultation. He answered my question regarding a situation in wich I crashed and had no insurance and he gave me very important information I didn't know on my case. By far the worst Law Firm in the industry, inconsistent liars. I've been a client since February 2015, every few weeks there's a new case manager Gabriel the legal assistant never has direct answers. My case was supposedly settle with AAA for $5200.00, Michaels office sent me over the release forms to sign, I signed then shortly after I called to check the status of my disbursement I was then told They discovered medicals totaling over $4000. I sent an email to them letting them know I have started an investigation do to their poor business practices shortly after i receive a phone call saying there's a new settlement amount of over $8000.00 (of course). I then asked for the new settlement letter Gabriel sent over a document which is likely a template and he told me I would have my pay on in one week this was 10/04/16 I have yet to hear from this office, This firm is a fraud the doctors they use are also fraud.

These guys are great, super helpful and knowledgeable. Their credentials definitely surpassed my expectations and then some. Although my case didn't require their expertise, they took their time, free of charge, to assist me in the right direction. Every email I sent their way was replied to within the hour. I am very appreciative of their help. My case made it to small claims court thanks to these guys! They also provided me with all the information I needed to know in how to handle a small claims matter. They also gave me a fee waiver so I didnt acrew any charges when processing my application for small claims court. They are aggressive in their approach just like they say and they are passionate about what they do which is to help you win your case. They come highly recommended and with best regards.
