I would give this company 0 stars. They are fraudsters. Not only have they not delivered the goods but claimed the money three times and claim that it is for a warranty. The debit on the card statement is in the name of California Waves. Find another shoes retailer as this company is 100% scammers.

i ordered 3 articles with this number of shipping E9102B2F81 and they say that i have to complete the order, but i already paid and i have the proof, and now i don’t have basically a tracking number and i think the order is not delivering to me and they stole my money, hope someone helps me
Not good.
Had a uniquely bizzare experience with these. I ordered a pair of Nike air max’s which arrived fairly quickly albeit with another pair. Once they had realised their error, they were in touch soon enough asking for my honesty in sending the second pair back to them, to which I did within a couple of days.
All good…you would think…
Today I received a message from them stating that I had sent the wrong pair of trainers back and that I had kept hold of a pair of ‘Yeezy’s’.
When I tried to convince them that this wasn’t the case, and that it would make no sense for me to send back a pair of trainers that I actually wanted, I was told that it was impossible as they only had one pair of that trainer in that specific size.
My response to this was to send photos of myself (time stamped) with the trainers and even the box, only to still not be believed.
Given the fact that they had sent two pairs of trainers out at all and I had already displayed my honesty in sending the duplicate pair back, you would perhaps think that I would have been given the benefit of the doubt but instead I was told “I hope nothing like this happens to one of your family trying to run a small business”.

It makes you feel uneasy despite doing absolutely nothing wrong.
I’ve never had an experience like this before with any business ever and I’ve never left anyone a bad review. And I certainly wouldn’t take advantage of a small business.

I placed an order with them and just got false hopes!
I placed an order with them, received a confirmation email, and awaited shipment as they promised a next-day/48 hours dispatch for orders over £350. However, after five days of waiting, I was informed that my order couldn’t be fulfilled because the item wasn’t authenticated. They mentioned in such cases they would redirect the sale to another seller, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the item in my size, leading to the cancellation of my order. It’s frustrating that this information isn’t clearly advertised, leading to misleading expectations. Despite reaching out to them multiple times, I received no response until they sent the cancellation email. Today, I received a feedback request, so here’s my honest feedback: don’t expect immediate delivery after ordering; you might be in for a surprise later.

No email to confirm receipt of item back and no confirmation email to show refund issued. When you do email it takes almost a week for a response. Have now had to contact PayPal for dispute! Won't ever use again!

If I could put no stars I would. Ordered a pair of trainers end of may after saving up for these! Was told Royal Mail had lost them and an investigation was opened with Royal Mail! It’s now middle of July and they have stopped responding and prior to this I would get blunt messages like it was a problem me messaging! I’m not just going to sit back nearly 2 months down the line with no trainers or refund! Avoid these at all costs and reading other reviews I’m not the first to have this happen! I’m now going through other channels to report and get a refund if they don’t reply back and resolve this in the next few days! Ripping people of during current times is a joke!

They did refund me in fairness but only after I chased it up! they said we have sent it been lost by the Royal Mail which does happen I understand but still haven’t received my item which apparently they sent out again not to sure they did send the second one because talking to them on the online chat is painful slow
Update just had a phone call and they assured me they have been sent in fairness the lad seem nice enough so will update as soon as they arrive thanks for you help to the lad on the phone

The delivery took along time to come. And communication via email was very frustrating with long waits for reply’s. Will stick to other retailers in future. Who have better communication.
