Bad customer service and misinformation
First of all, I came across an ad on Facebook story that said download a casino game called Plinko casino and I did. Only to find that it led me to kingmaker when I installed the plinko app. I deposited some money with hope to maybe find the plinko casino within their list of games but to no avail I contacted the chat box customer service only to find that kingmaker is not associated with Plinko casino. How is it possible that the ad led me to download kingmaker? I asked for refund of my deposit but was told I needed to pay a wager to be able to withdraw my deposit. This is scam and I must say a horrible experience. I understand you are a registered casino company but where the public is misled by Internet advertising that leads to you business, I question your legitimacy.
I highly recommend not to use this app

I do not recommend this casino at all. They do not pay. The withdrawals, according to them, take between 3-5 business days but even so, they canceled each withdrawal for me without reason and then they said that it was an error on the payment platform. I have had to gamble €1700 until I lose everything just because I have realized that I will never see this money in my bank account. Is a gotcha ! There are a lot of casinos where if you make a withdrawal in a maximum of 3-4 hours you have the money in your bank.

Frustrating Withdrawal Process
Kingmaker offers good gameplay and customer support. The games are fun, with excellent graphics and variety. However, the experience takes a downturn when you start winning. Withdrawal options become limited, and the process becomes extremely difficult and time-consuming. Hidden terms make accessing your winnings next to impossible. While the games are enjoyable, the withdrawal issues overshadow the positives. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this casino.

DONT Throw your money to them
I Joined Kingmaster as I wanted and hoped to withdraw, 4th April I did a $100 withdrawal, then again on 28th April a $500 and $210 withdrawal. No money has appeared in my account, way past the expected due date, I've sent at least 20 emails, and spoke on live chat many many times, they had no problem taking my money but I've had no answers to where my money is, no one wants to reply but a generated message.
