Had water coming in my roof at 10:30pm they came out within an hour carried out temporary repairs, came back the next day and carried out the work that was required. Paid the exact total as quoted. Very happy with them. Extremely nice guy to deal with.

Very disappointing
I contacted TrustATrader and King Ltd responded immediately to my emergency on Xmas Eve.
It was a wild and stormy night and the rain was dripping through my ceiling. I was very impressed with Mark's assessment of the situation and he gave me a quote for a partial roof replacement, which I accepted on the spot. He showed me video of the pool of water sitting on my flat roof. They swept all the water off the roof (and didnt bother to clean up the area they swept it on to, leaving an awful mess!!) They covered the roof with tarpaulin and placed a ladder on it ( very, VERY noisy with the high winds, and I was terrified the ladder might be blown off the roof...) and I was told they'd have to wait for better weather before fitting the new fiberglass roof.
The new roof was fitted, but before long, the ceiling began to leak again. They responded quickly, and it was discovered that the new flashing they had fitted had not been sealed. They were most apologetic. After sealing the flashing, water continued to come through and so they removed the ceiling in the sitting room - it is now the end of MARCH, and the ceiling is still lying on the sitting room floor!!!
Also, they have not fitted an end to the new gutter they fitted and the rainwater is running down the new wall I had renewed in the summer.
They have explained to me that there was a bereavement, followed by a bout of illness and hospitalization but I feel they are making excuses. They have not responded to many, many phone calls and have ignored a few emails.
While I have received a warranty via email, it is not signed, and so I guess it is useless. I have asked several times for a signed warranty, but so far nothing has been received!
As it stands, I am out of the country and my mother has just been released from hospital. I believe the stress of all of this has been too much for her, and I am FURIOUS that this company has not done more to rectify the situation before now.
I would not recommend them.

Hi, Amna.
Sorry you feel the need to leave us a bad review. I see you have detailed all the bad points here. You failed to mention the extra work Mark had carried out ie the walls that had caused the roof to leak. I have replied to you to try and gain access to the house to put bk up the ceiling. You've yet to respond. As for excuses none have been made other than the bereavement of my dear cousin who at 40 was taken far too young from her family. And if need be I'm sure mark would not mind me posting his medical letters. He's been hospitalised twice with pneumonia which he contracted while out on your job. Also if you look up you'll see that on top of the phone lines having problems, we've moved and hence the issues we had with contact. I do apologize for your mum also going in to hospital, i don't see how you can hold this against us. I'll still wait for your contact via email to let me have access to replace the ceiling.
