King Living Jasper sofa suite is real first class craftmanship !... Delivery on time as advised. Both Steve and Rhys very considerate and careful with their delivery and installation of product suite. Full explanation given of assembly and installation was not rushed. All boxes and waste was cleaned up and removed from site. The entire experience of delivery and installation was very professionally handled by Steve and Rhys who should be additionally credited on this purchase.

Thank you to Steve and Rhys for exceptional service. We appreciate that all the furniture was delivered in perfect condition up to our first floor chosen room, and also the excellent communication and kind manner including improving the time on the day which helped us a lot. We thoroughly recommend King Living!

The Design Consultant who assisted us, Zach, displayed all the qualities we believe are essential in someone advising clients on significant furniture purchases: competence, knowledge, flexibility and, just as importantly, genuine attentiveness. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offered honest and thoughtful advice, and was never pushy. Instead, he worked with us to find the best solution for our home.

Beyond his professionalism, Zach was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, approachable and always responsive. He made what could have been a stressful process both enjoyable and straightforward.

When I placed my order in November 2025 at the Kingston showroom, Laura did a great job selling the products and was very helpful — that part of the process went smoothly. Unfortunately, that is exactly where any real care or attention toward me as a customer ended completely after the sale.

Everything that followed turned into months of stress, mistakes, and unacceptable service:
- Agreed delivery for February 2026 never happened; the sofa arrived one month late, on 20 March 2026.
- Wrong leg colour, missing cushions, brackets and connectors — the driver even openly admitted the correct legs had simply been left behind and they forgot to put it in the van.
- Despite explicitly asking for an 8 am‑12 pm slot, he arrived at 2:30 pm — forcing me to cancel my young daughter’s birthday and stopping me from welcoming guests to my new home.
- They promised a brand‑new Smart Round Charge Table as compensation. I waited 14 weeks — only to receive it with no box, heavily scratched, and clearly used or ex‑display stock, not new at all. I refused delivery.
- They refuse to admit their errors, will not offer fair resolution, and ignored my final deadline of 13 July 2026.

Once they have your money, they do not keep promises, do not take responsibility, and show zero respect for their customers. I have now started the formal complaint process with the Financial Ombudsman Service to get what I am rightfully owed.

Excellent customer service. Products are beautifully made. We did have a fault on one item but nothing was too much trouble and the unit replaced. Highly recommend

Thank you to Steve and Rhys for helping assemble all the furniture in our house. We picked very heavy furniture but they were very professional, making sure to pay attention to not damage any of the house while bringing in and assembling. They were also mindful of how we wanted everything arranged, especially as I had carpets laid out before. They also helped us move some furniture we from King a few months back, which was very helpful.
