Great bench & squat rack price

You get what you pay for.
The cage is of the quality you would expect for the price. Certainly not of commercial gym quality, but it’s not advertised that way, so it’s fine for the money.
The steel is quite soft, and the welds aren’t pretty.
But it should hold up to years of use in a garage gym at home just fine.
I’d be happy to recommend this cage for anyone wanting a basic setup for a reasonable price.

Quick delivery and Quality products
They were so good and responsive to any messages or questions I had. The turnaround time and how quickly they got it to me was also very prompt. And the FID bench I got is SOLID and same price as those that only hold a limit of 150kg. Great service

Told me I could get my item in 2 days.. then got told 3 weeks because it was a pre order after I bought it and paid...then it took 4-5 weeks all up to get it.. they barley cared when I told them I was mislead about the purchase

King Kong Fitness Bench
I purchased a KingKong fitness gym bench and I am very happy with both the quality and price. It adjusts as described and this mechanism is quite sturdy. A small point of consideration is, I do lift heavy on occasions and some times this bench can become unbalanced owing to its design and relatively light gauge steel. However by adjusting my position all exercises can be accomplished and as a home gym bench it cannot be beaten. KingKong fitness sales team were great to deal with, very prompt with comms and when there was a small issue at delivery they were there quickly to sort the problem.

Whilst the product is great....
Whilst the product is great and exactly what I ordered I had some issues at the start. First I only received 1 of 2 DB’s then, arranged the 2nd one I be sent to but got the incorrect weight. Eventually had to drive an hour to replace with the one I had originally ordered.

You get what you pay for
Not 100% happy with the quality to be honest, but I guess you get what you pay for. Too light, and the adjustment knobs look like they won’t last long but have been assured if they break they will replace.. The decline function of the bench is quite useless without the extra padded bar for your legs to lock over while on the decline. Company is easy to deal with.

Great Bench, Price & Service
I have been on the market for a decent FID Bench for a while so I got to know what's out there and who is selling what brand. So glad I came across KingKong Fitness, I was ready to drop +$500 for a less comparable model. The Elite Heavy Duty is solid bench equal to many other much more expensive FID benches, for the price I expected the padding in the seats to be soft and unstable, so happy I was wrong. The assembly was super easy, I didn't actually need the instructions other then for clarification on the right size bolts to use... But the best thing was I ordered as a pre-order, I got regular updates and it was delivered ahead of estimated time. I know that is purely I timing thing and I got lucky with stock replenishment, but with the overall experience and the quality of the bench I will be buying from KingKong Fitness again.

The equipment is of the best quality. Unfortunately the delivery company used was absolutely unreliable, recieved damaged packaging slight damage to product and lost 1 of 2 of my parcel. Which I had to chase myself.
