Excellent selection. I had several questions and emailed and called several times. Response was always attentive customer service. One sales team even went so far as to call the warehouse to verify the actual color shade ! Shipping was reasonably priced and rapid using a professional shipping company. It arrived much sooner than expected and was well packed, without any damage. Highest marks for top quality customer service.

Easy to buy online and once ordered kept informed on progress of delivery. Order arrived quicker than expected. I was constantly given updates on the product that where it has reached. Second order I again placed with kingersons and have been pleased on both occasions with price and delivery. Remarkably swift dispatch. would like to make purchases again and also recommend my buddies to make purchases.

I bought a $4,500.00 mini split system from Kingersons. Their website gives partial self install instructions that when followed void your manufacturers warranty. Since they sell units that are old stock as new inventory mine was two years old when it arrived. The system has run for a total of 23 days and 3 attempts to repair it have failed. The compressor, motherboard and some fuse are dead and that's not the worst of it.
I called for help and Joshua at Kingersons yelled at me, hung up the phone on me and refused any actual help. He would not take responsibility for the misleading information from the website. The coup de gras was when I went to file small claims action I discovered that no address could be found for any of the warehouses mentioned on the website. I had to serve papers at the only actual business address which is private residence!
