Originally based in the East Neuk of Fife as a online Scottish bookshop we sell new hardback and paperback books including books by new authors and established favourite authors. Our second hand books for sale feature scottish literature, history, biography and antique and rare books. If you buy cheap discount books in Scotland then browse the best online collection of Scottish books. We also sell new fiction including books by scottish crime writers and childrens authors. Our new non fiction collection includes Scottish history books, genealogy, academic books and reference books. We are members of the Booksellers Association and the Independent Booksellers Group. We promote Books are my Bag, World Book Day, Independent Bookshop Day, Poetry Day and other events throughout the year. Using our Gardlink supplier system we have access to 6 million new books and 6 million other items including toys, stationery, diaries, calendars, vinyl records and DVDs. If there is any new item you want and we don't currently have it listed in stock then contact us and we can get a copy for you, with free next day delivery.

Ordered a book, as a gift, online following a telephone call, understanding this would be a new item. Received, almost three weeks later, a well worn and damaged book which was obviously not suitable to give as a gift.
Did receive a refund, but not including the return postage.
Will never use them again.
