To be fair, on the original order you input an incorrect zip code and we shipped you a new order free of charge. When you wrote to us saying that with this order Fedex was asking for documents in order for it to be released, I noted that they were simply requesting your personal information, and in order to expedite the release of your product due to the ample time difference, I suggested calling your local Fedex office as the fastest solution to getting your products released. I am sorry you felt that was deflecting my responsibility but it was not intended that way. Also, unbeknownst to me at that time my colleague had already monitored the second shipment and provided the documents that Fedex needed from us. When I suggested you call them, I was honestly only trying to resolve things as quickly as possible, so you could finally have your parcel delivered on time. It is not uncommon for countries to occasionally request documents or need more information in order to release a shipment, but I made my suggestion to call Fedex out of my experience and out of an honest solution to get your parcel released quickly. I hope you understand.
