Disappointed with Kinedo customer after sales service
My Plumber purchased a Shower Pod from Kinedo to fit in my downstairs WC as I wanted to live more of the time in the downstairs of my home due to arthritis. My plumber fitted the pod about 11 months ago and all was ok at first, then when cleaning it one day I noticed some small hairline cracks around the outlet (plug hole), I quickly called my Plumber who came and had a look, he contacted Kinedo who blamed the plumber, I later emailed Kinedo with my concerns but all they offered was to come out and have a look if I paid £250 up front, if they still considered the fault to be with the plumber I would not get my money back. Then over time the hairline cracks have become wholes. As a retired person I can not afford this, and am now left with a broken shower after six months of use. I feel very let down by their customer service and would not recommend buying a Kinedo shower pod, I am now left having to start again with a new traditional shower inclosure.
