We’re really sorry to hear about this experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to use the patches for several months, only to notice no difference when you’ve run out, and then have an even more disappointing experience with your monthly subscription.

We also understand how upsetting it would be to repeatedly have your reorder set up incorrectly and then feel that the issue wasn’t properly resolved, especially when it was a problem within our own system. You shouldn’t have had to keep dealing with the same issue, and we’re sorry we fell short of the level of customer care you expected.
