This here is the worse of the worst, I receive this one because when I ordered the value package plan this one is always included, but can't give you any feedback on this one because of the terrible experience with theses patches sticking together on the plastic cartledge they come in, I'm lucky to get 10 out of the hold package 😬

I have an awful time sleeping, and have for years. I did not anticipate these patches doing much at all, but at the price they are I thought I'd give it a shot. These patches are great!

I LOVE THESE!!! The only way I can get a good night's sleep. I just wish that they were sold in packets of 30.

Since my first purchase, I use this nightly.. just peel it off and place it on your stomach. Wait until 30 minutes before you’re prepared to close your eyes because it works fast..

To strong for me. Left a circle where the patch was for several days. Probably my own fault, should have ordered regular. I don't sleep much, with Fibromyalgia.
