I just can’t say enough good things about this program. Sophie and her team have a wealth of knowledge that you can’t do without if you truly want to be successful. This is honestly the best thing I could have stumbled across but here I am about to publish my 1st book in under 2 months . I had a financial setback after I signed up and the 180-day money-back guarantee was not what I thought it was unfortunately I had to quit the program and was not able to recoup my costs even though after less than a week I asked about a refund and did not even log back into the program in good faith so as to not take advantage.. no empathy from this company that's for sure!

Kia ora from NZ. I didn't know where else to ask this question. I tried to pay for the one time payment webinar special of 1988 USD which currently converts to 3547 NZD. I currently have sufficient funds to cover this however my bank says that a withdrawal of 3709 was attempted and therefore returned an insufficient funds error. I have watched the webinar 2x to fully understand and was and still am excited to enter this program. Can u please tell me what the extra $$ covers so I may understand. Thankyou.

I am in the pre-publishing stage.
I am in the pre-publishing stage of the program and have received valuable training and support. There are several programs recommended to use with KPI -- Book Bolt, Atticus, Kindlepreneur, etc. -- so keep track of which ones you sign up for and what each program can do for you. The emails that follow (from Kindlepreneur, etc.) can become overwhelming while trying to learn KPI. All in all, I'm finding the KPI team awesome!

Game Changer...
I'm only half way through my KDP course and already I'm extremely impressed! I've attempted online businesses in the past, followed instructions to the letter, then hit stumbling blocks and difficulty in accessing support. So far the course has been well structured, easy to follow, with demos & examples that are exactly the same as when you attempt to follow the steps yourself in the real world! When you complete a module, you receive an encouraging and supportive email to prompt you onto the next stage. Oh, and the AI tools are mind blowingly amazing!! A real game changer, for sure!!. Great value for money. Takes beginners from zero knowledge to enough to run a KDP business very well.
The course is excellent value for money. There is so much content that it woud take years to go through every video. But you can get through what you need in order to start your business in a few weeks.
If you are having trouble with something in particular you will be able to find a Q&A session from the archives about it, or if not you can submit a question about it yourself.

Lots of videos to watch
I like the pace of the program; however I don't like the repetition of the videos. There are so many videos, given by "coaches" and there's a lot of overlap.
The information the coaches have is great but many of them say the same things, and their styles are sometimes hard to listen to. Some coaches are better suited to that medium, and some aren't.
The repetition means some things are overly discussed, which not enough content is available for things such as how much outlay starting a new business is - and post publishing costs.
I bought a bundle through The Urban Writers and paid double for it because I'm in Australia. It just isn't feasible for a new book to own me so much before I've already made my first sale.
Also the search function in the program doesn't work. I tried to research content about Payoneer and there weren't any return search results.
In addition, I've spent a lot on data watching all these videos. I live in a remote part of Tasmania and don't have NBN, let alone unlimited NBN.
With all this said, I'm still excited and energised to give KDP a real go, and I've found that watching other content along with this course helps me get well-rounded, current information.

Great programme .. quite a lot of work Involved
