UPVC Windows installed which are now flaking being damaged by the sun, also poor fitting of our front door handle which even under warranty Kindlelight are trying to charge for a call out. Also problems with mould inside the windows. I would not recommend this company. We had the company recommended by someone local then to only find out when our work was completed this company offer cash rewards for referrals to future customers. I know this as you get the reward incentives certificates in the handover pack.

We have used Kindlelight before to replace our double glazed windows and this time they replaced our front door. The fitter took a day to complete the job; he was efficient and tidy and did a great job. We are really pleased with the new door. Kindlelight always do a great job and are a local company we trust to do a good job.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and punctual. The job was executed to a high standard despite the inclement weather!

Really pleased with the service and windows that Kindlelight installed. There was no sales pressure techniques involved and the whole end-to end process ran smoothly. Will be looking to use them again at some point in the future.

Kindlelight have just replaced our very old & leaky conservatory. the service from start to finish was excellent. the installation team were very efficient & worked hard to complete the job to a very high standard in a cold & wet January
We now have a lovely warm & dry conservatory that we can use all year round.

Excellent work done by John today fitting an internal double glazed door from the hall to the porch and an external door from the porch. For the first time since 1972 the hall is at a comfortable temperature. Thanks also to Neil and Steve at Kindlelight.

Third time I have used Kindlelight, and will be back for a further project next year. Excellent value and good products. Sales and survey were patient and answered all my queries. Fitters were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Recommend!

From start to finish, the service was excellent. Our choices were explained clearly and costed, so we could see what each decision would mean price-wise. Plenty of colours to choose from. Delivery and installation were on time and carried out professionally. We compared prices with 2 other suppliers and Kindlelight were the best for the quality and service they provided

Very impressed with the quality of the products, ie windows, doors, guttering, facia boards and soffits and replacement tiled roof conservatory. Couldn’t fault the guys who fitted the products. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We received daily updates on progress of work and they left our property clean and tidy at the end of every day.

Joe did a really great job. It's good to see somone take pride in their work.

Appalling customer service from this company. Two of the windows they put in need replacing under warranty and they don’t want to know. They deferred us for months saying the windows were on order and now they have cancelled two separate appointments for installation. Both times by email and once after they were meant to have arrived. And they still refuse to guarantee they will turn up on the next date we have been given.

Delighted with the windows themselves and also the workmanship. Options were explained thoroughly at the outset - at home and in the showroom. The installers were very efficient, tidy, and there was no unexpected disruption during installation.

We had six (old) panes replaced in our Kindlelight windows. Very competent company and were able to get the replacements custom made to an old spec, so they matched perfectly. Measuring, quoting and fitting were all excellent. Totally recommended.

The team at Kindlelight provided excellent customer service from placing the order to installation and follow up. The quality of the windows and doors is absolutely first class. I couldn’t recommend more highly

5* because when things go wrong its how a company responds and solves the issue that differentiates. So wrong sealed units were delivered as a mix up on order form. And there were a lot of sealed units. Kindlelight replaced them with the correct ones 2 weeks later without any fuss or additional charge. I think it probably blew their profit margin.
