Poor communication. I just got a confirmation email which was flagged by my Gmail that it could not verify that it actually came from kinder-valley. Nothing else after that so I was just beginning to think it was a scam or something. But then my package arrived. Its for a gift so I can't tell how well it will fit but it feels like good quality and it arrived quite quickly so am happy with that. Just wished I could have gotten an email to say its been processed or has been dispatched or something. It would have saved me unnecessary worry. Otherwise I would say great. Will use website again if I need baby things as good price and seems like good quality as well and now I know it's legit.

I like the item it is very good quality

The sheets arrived quite quickly and were a more generous size than the one originally supplied with the basket, so can be tucked in better. We accept that such items should always be washed before use but perhaps packers could be reminded to check if a white product has a black smear visible through the cellophane before sending them out! Looks fine now washed and dried.

Ordered 3 days ago and Moses basket and stand came today. Really quick delivery.

This item arrived well packed and looks just as described online. The Moses basket is well made and looks beautiful on the stand. I bought this as a gift to my granddaughter and her fiancé who were thrilled with it

The products I ordered are great and exactly what I wanted. However, the delivery took much longer than expected and I did not receive any notification on what day my products would arrive.

I had a problem with my basket stand, I contacted the company and got a response the very next day, my problem was solved an sorted within a couple hours and a new one sent out with next day delivery, even though my order was from back in January, amazing service and very helpful staff, no stress or worry for me with my little one being due in 3 weeks, 100% recommend this company

Got moses basket and stand. My daughter was absolutely delighted with it. Great quality product.

They did not have a product I ordered in stock and I hadn't received a dispatched mail as they hadn't posted my order. My reason for a low score is that they didn't reach out to me, only when I emailed them did they refund me and then send out the object they had in stock from my order
