Beautiful cot!
Beautiful cot even at a very cheap price with 10% off as a first timer..The cot is just the right size for me..not too small and not too big..I searched Amazon, Argos etc for a wooden cot that comes with mattress at a budget price but all the stores don't have mattress included at this very cheap price as seen on Kinder-valley. The delivery was also swift took just 2 days. I most say I'm impressed!

The delivery was quick
The delivery was quick , but all the rails in one of the cot sides were unattached , And was difficult to re attach , couldn’t return as needed for urgently have stuck it myself , must have been thrown in delivery

No measurements of the actual mattress
No measurements of the actual mattress. So unfortunately I ordered the wrong size which I cannot return due to it being a mattress. I am now left with a Moses basket mattress which is too small

Wrong sizes
The mattress I bought was one I had ordered before and the measurements were the exact same size on the labels yet when I went to put the new mattress on the bed it was longer and wider so it can not be used

Poor company
I order my son a Sydney toddler bed and a mattress and I was supposed to receive it between 29/08/23 - 30/08/23 but I didn't receive it then so I contacted them and re sent a replacement which didn't come till yesterday 06/09/23 but when I went to put it up it was faulty so couldn't put it up so I messaged them again and said it faulty and due to the wait I had and the issues I should have been compensated but no and they where like if you want we can give you a refund and I was like I'm wanting the bed for my son. I will definitely not be buying anything else again from them

Ordered Sydney toddler bed for our…
Ordered Sydney toddler bed for our granddaughter, but on receipt of it we discovered it was faulty.
Dealt with Klaudia from customer services and within a week, we had a replacement delivered. Klaudia made us feel very valued and more than just another customer, and kept us informed every step of the way.
We are delighted with quality of product, and I'm sure our granddaughter will make the transition to her bed very comfortably.
I will be recommending Kinder Valley to all of my friends and family.

Very happy with the bed which my son assembled in about 10 minutes! (This despite the screws/bolts being different to instructions)
This could have been 5 stars but having to chase up to get confirmation of order and the bed being delivered without any advance notification I have only given four

Refused to replace faulty item
Refused to replace faulty parts on Sydney Compact Cot because the cot was out of warranty. Fair enough if the cot had been used and had become faulty beyond the warranty period, but in this case the problem is a manufacturing fault meaning the cot cant be assembled at all in the first place.
This fault was only discovered after the warranty period because the cot wasn't used at the time of purchase and was left boxed and sealed. But the warranty period shouldn't be relevant here. Any decent company would offer a replacement if they'd sold an item with major faults that rendered it unusable. I can only assume this company have as poor quality control as they do customer service and so can't recommend.

Our team can confirm that this matter has been looked into and as proof of purchase was unable to be provided we are unable to verify if the item is under warranty.
The item has also been confirmed to be produced in 2019 which results in the product being out of its warranty period. We can't also verify the cause of the damage due to the length of time.

Mint green ..not a white basket !!!!
I first purchased the Kinder Valley white wicker moses basket from asda,when I got it it had a mint green look to it,sent it back,ordered again,same thing,the basket wasn't white,got a refund,ordered direct from Kinder Valley.....same again.. this basket is not white!!!!
