no product or response

no product or response
Product was ordered June 24th, needed to be payed , got confirmation and they said that they were making my shipment ready and that they will notify me when it has been sent. June 4th I've sent an e-mail to to ask if they already had a shipping date, but I've got non response. June 17th second mail because I really needed it very urgently, again no respons. Again June 19th with no respons. Therefor I decided on June 27th I wanted to cancel my order, but again no respons. So now 3 months later, no reactions, no product and no money :(
