I recently visited Wigs by Kim and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. She has a huge selection to try on, which made finding the right one so much easier.
This is my first wig. After experiencing significant hair loss from two surgeries in the last 3 months Kim was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me choose the perfect style and color then trimmed it for me. She also took the time to show me how to waah and care for my new wig.

I received my wig. It was very pretty but way too much hair for me. Did not fit the description at all. I sent many letters and pictures asking for a refund but no one will help me. So don't believe it when they say RETURNABLE.

Please do not confuse this genuine UK company with the chinese scammers 'piggy backing' off of this company's good reputation in order to defraud hard working people in the UK. I have fallen foul of KIMWIGS but managed to prevail and get my money back - persistance works! I have also bought from this lovely lady before and KIM'S WIGS are a reputable business in Newcastle. I wish her well with this chinese based load of ****. Why have trading standards not protected this lady from this obvious scam yet?? Come on - do something!!

I haven't actually bought a product from Kim. Unfortunately I ordered from the scam Chinese Kimwigs. I spoke with the Newcastle Kim today and she was so helpful, telling me that my order wasn't with her and told me to contact my bank to enquire about a refund. Thank you Newcastle Kim. Once I have a refund from SCAM company I will place my order with you !

I ordered a wig to come to Germany, it arrived in good time, even during the Christmas rush. Kim was available over the phone, and happy to help when I didn't know my tracking number. The whole call took just 2 minutes, and she resolved my issue straight away! The wig is really lovely too, just what I expected. Thank you Kim!

Been buying from Kims Wigs UK for years and would highly recommend...don't confuse them with the Chinese company Kimwigs...

This review is for KIMS WIGS, NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE. I have several wigs from this company and they are all fabulous. Soft natural looking and very comfortable to wear. 1st class service. I would fully recommend you buy from KIMS WIGS.

I ordered a platimum blonde rooted wig. I received a very cheap ginger thing. After several emails, I asked my bank to take my payment back.
Don't buy from these people

I recently ordered the abi wig from kim's wigs and I absolutely love it. It is as soft as human hair and honestly just gorgeous. I will definitely be repurchasing from here and recommending to others

I have used many wig companies & Kim's are so natural looking & lovely styles & the price is Fab too...
