The level of detail on the brain science and lived experience of those with ADHD is more than I expected!
I was looking to understand more about ADHD prior to starting coaching course. I needed it to be in manageable slices as was not able to take time off work. The twice weekly recorded on-line classes and professional reading notes have enabled me to keep up and it feels like I’ve attended in person, watching the sessions back in my non work time. The trainers are clear and notes are informative. The portal enables you to dip back and rewatch when needed. Can recommend.
Kim and her team give so much, this is a full on course that will fill you full of information, techniques and ideas as well as an understanding of what ADHD is about. I have grown so much, and learnt so much about myself, I’m ready to go and be a confident and competent coach ready to help others find their way through the process of self discovery.
- The training was thoughtfully structured, neuro‑affirming, and professionally delivered. The progression from Practitioner level to Foundations coach built confidence and applied depth, with an excellent balance of theory, lived‑experience insight, and practical coaching tools.
- The facilitators modelled inclusive, neurodiversity‑affirming practice throughout and created a safe, reflective learning environment where different ways of thinking were genuinely valued.
- This training has had a direct and positive impact on my coaching practice. I feel better equipped to work ethically, collaboratively, and flexibly with neurodivergent clients, using strengths‑based and person‑centred approaches.
- I would highly recommend the Neurodiversity Training Academy to coaches and professionals who want to develop confident, ethical, and neurodivergent‑affirming practice.
I've just finished my advanced coach training with NTA (pending final accreditation).
For anyone considering starting this course DO IT! NTA and the wonderful team behind provide 1st class training, feedback and support. Kim, Vera and Tina are passionate about ensuring you have the knowledge, tools and techniques to be a successful coach. The additional peer and practice coaching sessions, and community you will develop with your cohort is invaluable.
I can't recommend NTA and their courses highly enough!
Over the past few months, I’ve been working through advanced ADHD coaching with NTA, and I can honestly say it’s been the most valuable investment I’ve made in the last 18 months. Kim, Vera and Tina have each brought something unique and genuinely insightful to the process, and their combined support has made a remarkable difference.
The sessions have helped me understand ADHD in a far more practical and empowering way. I’ve learnt how to recognise unhelpful patterns before they escalate, how to create systems that actually work for my brain, and how to bring more clarity and calm into my everyday life. Most importantly, I’ve gained confidence in my ability to manage challenges that once felt overwhelming.
Their approach is compassionate, structured and incredibly effective. I’ve come away with tools I can use immediately, but also a renewed sense of direction and self-belief. If you’re considering ADHD coaching, I’d wholeheartedly recommend NTA. This experience has been nothing short of life-changing.
I really enjoyed the Advanced ADHD Coach training with Kim, Vera and Tina. The content was rich, holistic and relevant and the delivery was thoughtful and thought-provoking. I came away feeling stimulated, enrichened and supported throughout and couldn't recommend this course more highly. Thank you!

Kim Raine and her team are nothing short of magical. I arrived for the ADHD foundations training and quickly realised I was learning from people who don’t just teach this work — they truly live it. Their humanity, humour, and honest reflection on their own struggles and life experiences create a learning environment that feels authentic, safe, and deeply supportive.
The coaching and advanced courses were equally excellent, offering depth and insight that can strengthen the professional practice of therapists, doctors, HR teams, and anyone in a people-focused role. And for individuals seeking to understand their own ADHD behaviours — especially those newly diagnosed — this training provides clarity, compassion, and a grounded sense of direction.
If you’re considering training with them, you’ll be in exceptionally capable hands.
I absolutely loved the ADHD Practitioner course delivered by Kim, Tina and Vera, at the Neurodiversity Training Academy. It was informative, inspiring, and taught by tutors who were not only deeply knowledgeable but incredibly patient and supportive. I learnt so much and felt genuinely held throughout the training. I found myself really looking forward to each lesson.
Training with the Neurodiversity Training Academy, especially under the guidance of Kim Raine, has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my professional development this year.
The ADHD Coach Training has given me expert knowledge, hands-on experience, and a whole new level of confidence in my work. Kim’s teaching style is compassionate, grounded, and incredibly empowering. She creates an environment where you feel safe to grow, stretch yourself, and truly step into your potential.
What’s even more incredible is that I’ve already almost paid back the entire cost of the course through paid coaching clients. That alone speaks volumes about the quality, depth, and practicality of the training.
It’s been an amazing year of learning and I’m genuinely grateful for everything this programme has given me. I would recommend Kim and the Neurodiversity Training Academy to anyone looking to become an ADHD coach or deepen their expertise in neurodiversity support.
Highly, highly recommended.
I completed the Advanced ADHD coaching certification training and it was a really supportive and enriching learning experience. The delivery of the teaching material was empathetic, personable and relaxed, and there were plenty of opportunities to practice our skills and implement the learning as the course progressed which built confidence and a stong community conection with the other learners.

Kim Raine Saves Lives, quite literally. What I have learnt these past 3 months has been personally transformational - to not only thrive with my own ADHD but to believe in my path forward to help others.
The course is incredibly comprehensive, including learning the neuroscience, the symptoms, and the strategies to help those who believe they have ADHD and those recently diagnosed.
Having achieved my CPD Accredited ADHD Practitioner Certification, I have developed self compassion and am excited to begin my new business of helping others to understand the dynamics of their ADHD Brain, and as Kim Raine says' Lose the Label, Wear the Badge.
5 Stars and the best investment I've ever made.
Kim Raine, Tina and Vera are all so amazing and patient, very knowledgeable and helpful.
The course was very detailed and was very informative, you had a chance to ask questions, work together as a team and individual.
Slides and information given was easy to read and user friendly system. (Online portal)
I learnt so much and it was a real eye opener learning strategies, communication and how to assist your clients as a ADHD Practitioner.
Many opportunities to ask questions on the zoom calls, emails and messages.
Really enjoyable course and would recommend to everyone as it really is life changing.
I would say that the sessions weekly at the beginning could be longer to digest all the information given from the training and slides, but all very good and I can not wait for coaching in April.

I was very impressed with the advertisement of Kim's courses. I got the opportunity to have a one on one prior to the start of the course to discuss my questions on logistics and payment as I am located in Barbados! Time zone was a consideration!! But I wanted to take this course for all that it promised and I was NOT disappointed. The facilitators were knowledgeable and professional. I attained my goals, the partnership worked and I am more efficient as I work with my clientele! Thank you Kim and Team.

This course is one of a kind!
I conpleted the ADHD Practitioner Certification in early 2024. The depth of knowledge and awareness of ADHD was on another level.
I love to learn and I liked how this course covered the science behind what's going on. It helps me process information and an understand our brains even more.
This covered all the ins and outs of ADHD and explained it in a way that made sense to me as a neurodivergent person but also how I can explain it to my clients as a coach.
Since taking this accreditation I've gone on to coaching ADHD individuals and it's helped me step into the expert I wanted to be. Being a Practitioner has opened up further opportunities for speaking and hosting events too. It's been a great asset to my business.
Kim who runs the accreditation is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with when in a learning environment. She understood how our brains worked and was happy to answer questions or explain something in a different way.
I would highly recommend thus course to anyone who was considering furthering their knowledge on ADHD and wanted to use it to help excel their creditionals.

An extremely in depth and thought provoking course which has left me feeling fully prepared to specialise in neurodiverse entrepreneurs within both my existing strategy business and accountancy practice. Kim and her guest speakers are extremely knowledgeable and create a very safe environment to be able to openly discuss what can be sensitive topics. Kim is very supportive and encouraging to her students and l’d highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn more about ADHD.
An ADHD course for everyone, whether you have ADHD or not. I signed up to this course because it looked professional, exciting, was 3 months (and not 2 years) , had less than 30 people on it and I would be able to benefit from being part of a group I could grow professionally with. It has lived up to my expectations. Highly recommend Kim Raine's course!
I recently completed the ADHD Practitioner course with Kim Raine. It was eye-opening! I thought I knew a lot about ADHD, but I learned much more than expected.
Meeting amazing people on a mission to make a difference was one of the highlights. The sense of community was truly inspiring.
If you want to change the narrative and understand ADHD through a strengths-based lens, this course is for you. Kim's authentic, vulnerable, and passionate approach made the content engaging.
I highly recommend this course for its great information, supportive community, and dedicated instructors. It’s perfect for anyone looking to make a difference in the ADHD community!
I have done 1-1 coaching with Kim and also completed the ADHD Practioner course. Kim is warm, knowledgeable and inspiring as a coach and the ADHD Practioner course is thoughtfully designed and immensley rewarding. I knew a lot about ADHD before I took the course, but this really goes into detail in all areas and l learnt so much more - its an in-depth, well-rounded ADHD course that looks not only at the medical/scientific side of ADHD but also the human element. I'm not surprised that it is currently the highest accredited CPD course in the UK and I wish that everyone who is involved with people with ADHD (from GPs to pharmicists to educators) was required to take this.
