$10.14 for a kiddie cone!

I ordered my 4 year-old a kid’s single scoop vanilla ice cream with sprinkles in a cake cone for his birthday. The attendant handed it to him, then told me the total came to $8.14 with tax. That was before a $2 tip. I was completely shocked and asked her to repeat the total, which she confirmed. I felt nauseous over it, but couldn’t give back the cone because my son had already started eating and would have been devastated if I’d taken it away. We will never return and have warned family and friends of this shocking pricing.
