Don’t order from here
I ordered my box towards the start of december and was told it would take 5 working days. Since then I have emailed countless times and customer service has been very unhelpful, only saying they will check and get back to me. It has now been over a month since my order and I have received no help. Could not recommend against Kilogarm enough.

I have been waiting for my order for…
I have been waiting for my order for over a month now. Despite contacting them, they have not provided any concrete responses. Their only reply has been generic "we will get back to you" message and the order status was re-updated to "in processing," which it had already been for the last month.
Due to these experiences, and seeming incompetence with problem handling I absolutely cannot recommend kilogarm and strongly advise against ordering anything from them.
