Ordered a skirt recently, having not ordered from Killstar for years. Was completely shocked by the drop in quality - lower quality than I'd expect from Poundland or Shein clothes. The material on what was advertised as a thick winter skirt was so thin that it was see through, and was clearly plastic and very very low quality. There were loose threads and stitching mistakes in several places. Despite this, I was only able to get a partial refund. The skirt was £45 full price. Total waste of money for some of the worst quality clothes I've seen in my life. The partial refund was not enough to cover posting the item back (which I had to pay for myself). Awful company making awful clothes with awful customer service. I assume the positive reviews are all from the thousands and thousands of influencers they give clothes to for free, as I haven't encountered a single person who has actually given money to Killstar and been satisfied with the products they received in the last 5 years.

Beautiful clothing. Only thing is lots of their dresses are too long for me at 5' 3" I receive many compliments on my Killstar purchases. Love their bags too. Quality of everything bought is good.

Since discovering KILLSTAR last year I have bought many lovely items of clothing and accessories for me and as gifts, all have been as expected and great quality. I just need the sun to come out so I can wear my new sunglasses.

Always and favourite and never had an issue love this company

I have only had 2 problems with items from Killstar, 1 was a teapot lid that was misshapen, but they offered another and payed for return of the item, and the other was a pair of sunglasses that came broken, Killstar instantly replaced them. The site is easy to navigate, orders arrive promptly and well packaged. I love the loyalty system as I have saved quite a bit of money. I love their items, please keep individuality and not go mainstream and I love the fact that they have extended sizes, please develop this further. I have numerous home wear items, but it seems to have gone quiet at present, let’s hope more are being developed. Altogether very positive.
