What a great professional service, prompt to come and out to ease my worries. Thorough job done. Took the time to explain and show me what to look out for in future. I've already recommended this service to my friends and family should they ever require pest control. Thankyou again.

I run a care home and we had an issue with rodents in the area due to neighbouring properties. One call made to kill line and Sean and his team came to assess straightaway and began sorting the problem we trust the team so much we have tied into a contract with them to assist with all our pest control issues. Sean has helped us work with the council to solve the problems faced and is dedicated to his job even answering his phone to us on weekends and bank holidays. Each call out is chased up to ensure the problem is still at bay. He suggested we trim our greenery back to control the solutions. Having numerous quotes from gardeners Sean and his team set to work to complete it and beat all the quotes!!! 100% would recommend the team 👌

Made a call to Kill Line on Sunday evening, which was most likely out of hours, Sean answered and arranged a call out for 9am the next morning for what we thought was a rat/mouse behind our kitchen plinth. Call out arrived at 9am and by 9:30am he’d released what turned out to be a Starling. He investigated and found where it had most likely got in, through a hole in next door’s roof fascia, and advised on how to prevent a reoccurrence. Service was outstanding, especially given I called on a Sunday night and they came round at the earliest opportunity the next morning. Due to it being a bird and not a rat as first thought, I was also only charged for a standard call out which shows how genuine the business is. I would recommend Kill Line to anyone who needs their service, fantastic work.

Ellis arrived at the house at the time arranged very quick and efficient, very pleasant young man and nice to talk to traps set and two days later all was rectified.
contacted SEAN the boss to say the problem had been solved, he arrived the next morning to remove the traps.
Again, very personable and pleasure to deal with price reasonable and hope never to require the services of them again but if needed would not have any issues contacting and using the company.

We had a rat problem in the kitchen which another company had failed to diagnose. On a recommendation, I contacted Kill Line and immediately felt our problem was now in the hands of experts. Ellis arrived the next day and his search of the drains found a missing cover. The exact location was determined and the drain was made good.
We couldn‘t be more grateful.

Due to a stubborn Rat problem in the loft I did everything I could my end with traps. This is the point where it gets frustrating as the rats keep coming. Remembering I used Killline successfully last summer for a big wasp nest I gave them a call. After speaking to the team (Dale &Ellis)it was established my trapping methods were working. Rather than charge me for what I had already done(as others would) we went the drains inspection route. I am so glad I did as after a camera survey Ellis found a broken partially blocked drain under the house. This was near the cavity that leads to the loft.This looks like how the rats maybe getting in. Expecting a full scale excavation Ellis explained a method of relining the pipe to repair the hole. He also found another problem with a rear water drain on the same line. Long story short drain relined and rear water pot drain replaced all happy so far. Thank you Ellis what a lad who was great with advice. Pointed a few bits up in the manhole as he was already there👍🏻. He’s a lad who knows how to graft. Thanks Killline fingers crossed this sorts the issue. Sean you have a great hard working team please again pass on my thanks.

We had a rat problem in our loft and Sean responded quickly when contacted. Sean checked the outside of our building and identified the rat entry points. Poison was laid and traps were located in our loft. The poison eventually solved the problem.
Sean always arrived in a plain white van which maintained anonymity, a nice touch as no one wants to advertise that they have a pest problem!
