Terrible Customer experience.

I bought 3 days of classes and lift tickets for my two daughters. After traveling all the way from Florida, we arrived to a frustrating situation — definitely not what anyone expects on vacation.
When we went to pick up our lift tickets, the customer service representative rudely informed me that there had been an error and that two of my lift tickets would be canceled electronically. She said that if I still wanted them, I would need to buy them at full price. This was completely different from what I was told on the phone, and the receipt I had clearly stated the promotion details — there was no room for misunderstanding.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and unfortunately, the response was just as poor, if not worse. The supervisor was equally rude and refused to offer any clear explanation or reasoning for the mistake. I was cut off and asked to walked away. They asked me to pay another almost 400$ like its nothing.
While the mountain, lifts, and ski classes were decent, I visited in mid-March and found the snow conditions lacking. There was no fresh snow, and most of the area was covered with just compacted ice that was melting quickly, which could affect your experience. Pools of water everywhere.
Furthermore, their ski equipment rental is outrageously expensive. You can easily rent gear just a few minutes' drive away for a third of the price.
In conclusion, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Keep this in mind, especially if you're planning to travel from far away.
