I didn't receive the correct order. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings but one of them was incorrect(the pair I received don't even appear on the website). I've sent 2 emails requesting someone get back to me ASAP as they're a birthday present but haven't heard back from anyone. No phone number to call a customer service dept. Very disappointed

I ordered two necklaces from this website on 26/06, it is now 15/07 and I have not received the necklaces. I have emailed the company twice and had no response. I have no way of getting my money back either.

Item received looks great. Customer friendly website easy to place order. Timely shipment and delivery of item. One small criticism is that item arrived with excessive packaging, I think less could have been used whilest still protecting the item in transit.

Super friendly and helpful staff
I was having issues with the website so phoned the shop number and my problem was sorted in minutes - the staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I do not recommend to order from this company
I ordered the silver earings and pendant but I got the different disign ones. I emailed to Kilkenny silver about this issue and ask how I could return the wrong product. However, I never received any response and had to keep the unvanted product. Hudge disapointment! I would not recomment ordering from them. Especialy because the pendant I ordered was more expencive than the one they sent me.
