A package arrived in the mail the other day.. inside were 2 beautiful works of art replicating certain female anatomy.
They were packaged nicely. Pictures of the models they were molded from on the boxes, Ashley Barbie and Romi.
I was excited to test them out since they arrived. When the time finally came I was not let down.
Both have their own unique feeling inside as you slide deeper.. ridges and bumps that massage you while the silky smooth flesh like material grips your shaft in a snug but not too tight way. The first strokers that didn't hurt my penis after a while. I am a bit on the thick side. They also have a suction that feels amazing and you can adjust by turning the small cap on the handle end.
These strokers did exactly what they were created to do and more!
Clean up was easy also!! Basically 2 main parts and 2 caps.
Not to forget kiiroo has an attachment that the feelstar strokers fit in and turns them into auto strokers. So you can relieve your stress hands free!
Overall I would recommend these to anyone with a working penis and i personally will be a kiiroo customer for life.

A little frustrated, usually ordering direct from a manufacturer is better than through a distributor.
Placed our order 88614, they have charged our card but we cannot get a response regarding shipment or delivery. Frustrated - not sure if we should cancel order and dispute card charges.

This is not a review of the item purchased however on the sales experience from Kiiroo.
I ordered an Onyx+ Realm Edition back in November when Kiiroo had the Black Friday sale. Did not hear back from them till end of December when I was emailed to say the Realm Edition was out of stock.
I agreed to be sent the Standard Edition.
I then received a further email in January as they were out of lube that was included in the package and if I wanted an alternative. I agreed to this.
I was then sent a dispatch email that my delivery was to be made on the 14th January. In order to receive delivery of this, I made arrangements so that I could be at home.
I waited and waited. I received an email from the courier in the evening to say this has now been re-arranged for the 17th January. Since I had made arrangements to be in the house on 14th to wait for my delivery, I could not stay at home on the 17th.
When the courier did arrive on the 17th, the parcel was taken in by a family member who was visiting my home. I was out at the time.
When I got home, I found the box damaged with the bottom flap open. The bottom of the box was wet which had undone the box. The contents were in plain view for anyone to see if the flap was lifted.
This has caused me great embarrassment as the family member who took the box in checked the box when taking in the parcel after she saw the damaged box. This has caused a sense of awkwardness with my family member who is quite conservative.
Within the parcel, the VR goggles box was open and the lube was nowhere to be found.
I emailed Kiiroo requesting a refund for the VR Goggles and the Lube. They refunded a total of £6.90.
The whole experience has been negative and the delivery has left me severely embarrassed.
Reading through the reviews on here, I am not the only one who has experienced damaged delivery boxes and Kiiroo have not done anything to solve this. Maybe they can learn something from other similar providers such as Lovehoney who package their deliveries efficiently with no risk of the box opening up if it gets wet.
I have previously purchased from the website before however with this experience, I will never ever be buying from them again.

All I can say is WOW! Totally mind blowing experience and by far the best toy I've ever tried! Nothing else even comes close, not even my full size dolls. The interactive part is the best! Truly feels like you are actually there. I just cant put it down. Have only had it for 2 days now, and can't put it down. I wake up in the middle of the night several times wanting to grab it and go another round. BUY THIS!! The Kiiroo Keon is absolutely amazing and you will not regret it.
If I had one suggestion for Kiiroo, that would be for them make some sort of a waist strap to make it more hands free. They have the neck and hand straps, but one for the waist would be awesome!! Thank you Kiiroo for this awesome device. Will definitely keep looking for new releases!
Oh, and shipping was super fast and discreet packaging! Customer support is amazing and very fast at responding to any questions! I ordered 01/12/2022 and received it 01/15/2022!!

Keon Stroker entrance is too tight or not flexible. It ripped after using it for 5 times. And the inner structure is not friendly to help who have 'short length'. The texture starts after 4~5cm from the entrance and it gives limited pleasure. Also this can happen if you're thing is not fully erected. I hope Kiiroo see my comments to make a better stroker for people who will feel like me.

Very Bad experience.
Ordered directly from Kiiroo, my parcel was damaged by GLS, I called, emailed Kiiroo support several times about my issue and nothing was done, my damaged parcel stayed at GLS Warehouse for 2 weeks.
after 2 weeks nothings was done, my damaged parcel to still waiting at GLS for someone from Kiiro to ask for a return.
I'm very disapointed by Kiiroo and the none existing support.
You're advertising service and 2-5 days delivery in Europe and that a lie.
My credit card was charged immediately and no order delivered after 2 weeks.

While I found the Hot Octopuss Pulse Solo Essential to be one of the better products of its kind, I'm writing this review to warn you against doing business directly with Kiroo. After ordering from them, I immediately discovered the same product on Amazon for $100 less. I emailed them within two hours of placing the order and requested it be cancelled. Two days later I received a response telling me the order had already been shipped, but if I simply refused the package they would credit me in full when they received it. I refused the package and had it returned to sender. Kiroo later claimed they never received it and did not issue the credit. My credit card issuer, Chase Bank, upheld their claim because I could not provide any documentation that it had been sent back. (USPS does not give any documentation when you "Return to sender." I cancelled my account with Chase and will not pay the charge. Again, I like the product; just purchase it from Amazon or any other supplier than Kiroo. They are dishonest! And Chase lost a customer of 10+ years whose monthly charges ran $2,500-$5,000 for a measly $179!

I ordered a Kiiroo Keon to stay sane because my wife hates sex. Of course she wasn't supposed to know about it. Despite Kiiroo's website saying "Discreet Shipping" on the box label it clearly states "Kiiroo Keon Pleasure Stroker, Kiiroo Water Based Lube and Toy and Body Cleaner". I'm sorry, but I don't call that discreet. It took my wife, who received the delivery, all of 10 seconds to get the gist of what it was and then I had some awkward explaining to do. Please, discreet means discreet. Find something else to call it on your shipping labels. Another company I ordered something else from at least had "Massage Appliance" which is marginally better. As for the Keon, it's good but my favourite toy by a country mile is the Hot Octopuss Pulse Solo Interactive. It's very small (easy to hide), feels amazing and is so easy to clean. You don't even need lube to use it. 5 stars for that one!

Took three weeks + to find my order due to USPS messing up shipping. Once received the product was leaking, I have a medical condition and battery fluid is highly dangerous to me so I threw it away as soon as I saw it. Contacted support to get a replacement and they refuse to give me one. Horrible service Order #78426

Made my order on the weekend and sent a message to cancel within the hour. Wasn't shipped until Tuesday but received support message on monday saying they couldn't cancel. Now trying to return the product but they only gave me $15 out of my $180 saying it was a partial refund because they only received half the items? I don't understand how they only received half of the items when i never opened the box and only sent me one package. They probably gave me the wrong order and now blaming me for this. DONT TRUST KIIROO. HORRIBLE SUPPORT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased a kiiroo keon from an adult store. This product costs $490 and only lasted 2 weeks, now when I turn the device on it just gives flashing red and blue lights and nothing else.
I tried to register the device on their website but the code on the box is invalid, when contacting customer service they want me to prove that I brought this device however there is no way to prove that you've brought this if their own registration code doesn't work on their website.
Absolute horrible experience and complete waste of money.
There's other devices on the market such as The Handy which had similar functions, is cheaper, lasts longer then 2 weeks and has a much more friendly customer support. I suggest you buy their competitors products instead.

Ordered it less than a month ago, sad to say that I'm going to contradict myself. It's like having our mouths on our ass. The moment we get into a pool we already can't breathe. Can easily short if not over a 10 rating of being careful with it. Even the slightest drop of secreting(you know what) its shorts. Like seriously why is all the power based components put around the base of the entry way???? I only used it once, sad it was an interesting experience. It was sluggish at times it would need to be consistent at high speeds, would constantly stop and jam for a sec. Wouldn't buy again. Huh I guess I didn't contradict myself. This was my experience... Who's to say you wont have a different experience.. But you need to rework the device when involving the components that power it. I even did my research and there are thousands of people that have had my exact same experience and they have been complaining, its time you listen.

For the price I paid you would expect it would come with lube and the battery life is so short and charge time so long it's a joke. And you can't even use it while it's plugged in and charging? Kiiro should be ashamed of themselves releasing products to the public that clearly need further R & D. The power and mode buttons are in the wrong place and to close together and there is an issue with the circuitry on the internal electrical board or the mounting of it with these buttons so close together. As at times when pushing the mode button the unit switches off? I have looked at it closely and there is definitely a problem with it. If you hold the power button the unit lights up with lights flashing blue, then when pushing the mode button to change to manual or white light mode it just switches off and you have to hold the power button down again to power it up again and try again.. This happens well over 50% of the time. This product has a long way to go. I suspect as they continue to develop it and bring out upgraded versions alot of these problems will be addressed. It wouldn't surprise me that as this develops the units shape changes, the motor and clip in system also changes and they will eventually realize the battery needs double the current capacity at least as well as the addition of fast charging. They have focused far to much on cost saving to maximize profits. When realistically the changes that are required to sort the battery and button issues would cost so little per unit and I'm sure the consumer would pay that extra for the unit with those upgrades. The interactive mode ok. But again, not perfect by any means. Build quality is pretty good but nothing to write home about. If this is ment to be the latest and greatest then clearly the industry has a ways to go. As it is its worth around half what it's currently been sold for. With battery and charging upgrades as well as button positioning addressed it would be worth around the $180-$199 price range. But no more.
