I have purchased 2 laser caps from Kierr. The first being the most expensive medical grade cap they offer which gave out a little over 2 years of use. The second is just a bit over a year old and also gave out. I purchased a second battery pack less than 6 months ago and the cap stopped working. It could be there’s a short in the cap causing the battery packs to give out or something else is wrong with the entire cap and battery. In any event, I contacted customer service and they told me to charge the battery…duhh no brainer!!! The battery is always charged as I charge it every other use. They have left me in the lurch, hanging with no solution except to insult my intelligence. Therefore, they have lost me as a customer forever. This birdie has left the nest!
