Im a mechanic I bought the 700nm 1/2 inch impact gun 2 years ago bearings failed after 2 weeks sent back under warranty they repaired it and sent back it's never had 700nm we tested it on torqued bolts at around 400 that it couldn't shift I have 3/8 air guns with more guts 7 months later it started playing up again it gets used daily in tight spaces so the body and rubber moldings get scratched and lumps taken out I sent it for repair again under the 3 year warranty the told me I had dropped it as the rubber bumpers on the back were chipped and scratched ( it's never been dropped ) they charged me for repair and new shell bearings started being noisey again a week later have persevered with it for months as really can't be bothered sending it back to be charged for a repair on a gun that isn't upto the job would seriously advise any professionals or anyone buying it use daily to avoid spend your money elsewhere milwaukee or makita

Grinder isn't good
Bought the grinder kit. It just don't work well. I have a few keilder tool and this is the worst one of them. Start cutting/sanding it stops. Couldn't find customer support

We don't undercut our dealers and distributors on pricing, so although you can buy direct from Kielder, we most likely won't be the cheapest. The retailers that sell and promote Kielder products sometimes have offers running and our main responsibility is to support the dealer to be able to do this.
