The charger is not the same good like the previous, when you put the battery to charge its playing in to socket.

Bought the new cordless tyre inflator…
Bought the new cordless tyre inflator and it is the best one I have used ever. Inflates a car tyre in minutes and has a memory function to easily set the right pressure for future use. Very easy to use and uses the same battery as the rest of the range

In my opinion these are excellent tools
Good quality tools,have drill grinder 3 different guns.owned one half inch drive gun for over 3 years with no problems, grinder for about two years again no problem. Latest gun I purchased removes wheel nuts with ease.

The KWT-014 TYPE18 18v Combi Drill kit arrived within 2 days of placing the order. I was kept updated on progress throughout.
It has only been used a few times so far, but it appears to be well built and robust.

You are to phone up or do it online to get your extended warranty,
You buy something off from directly and you’ve got a put do it all online to get your two year extra warranty you know it’s bought from them so it should automatically be three years if it’s bought automatically from the company very disappointed I had to ring up and then I had to do it all over the phone or do it online

The warranty system is separate to the purchasing on the website, we don't record the serial number of the product when it is purchased so we need this extra information for the warranty registration. We try to make this process as quick and simple as possible with very few data fields to fill out.

Perfect service and quality products
I dealt with Andrew via email and on the phone, couldn't have been more helpful. The quality of product verses the price can not be beaten. Original charger didn't last long
Ordering process was easy and delivery prompt. My only negative comment would be that this new charger was to replace the original that although hadn't had that much dometic use stopped working.
