I bought my kielder impact driver new from machine mart. I immediately noticed that its torque ability was far below what was specified by the manufacturer. I brought this to the retailers attention and was told that its power would increase as I used it. It did not! When I came to charge the batteries I discovered that the charger did not work so I was forced to buy a replacement. My colleague purchased a park side impact driver from Lidl supermarket for less than a third of the price of the kielder item which I purchased. It is a much more powerful item than the kielder and is more reliable. Your products are rubbish in my opinion and I certainly will not be purchasing any more of the items which I feel you con your customers with.

I've now got the compact
I've now got the compact. Mid torque and the 3/4 high torque along with the 60 nm ratchet all delivered quickly.

Great Quality and Reliability – Highly Recommended
The Kielder Compact LED Work Light has quickly become one of the most useful tools in my kit. It’s bright, durable, and extremely practical for just about any job. The light output is impressive—clear, wide, and consistent—making it perfect for working in dim spaces or outdoors at night.
The rechargeable battery is a huge plus. It holds its charge well, and the runtime easily gets me through long tasks without constantly checking if it’s going to die. I also appreciate the solid build quality; it feels tough enough to handle everyday wear and tear without any issues.
The lamp’s adjustable angles and sturdy stand/mounting options make it really versatile. Whether I’m using it in the workshop, during DIY projects, or keeping it on hand for emergencies, it performs reliably every time.

Another great Kielder purchase.
I have been using the Cordless Kielder products in the workshop for a few years now. These tools are very user friendly, not too big yet very powerful. When the 15% discount promotion email arrived, I invested in the even more compact, combi drill and impact driver kit. It is the same quality, same power and yet even more compact.
