WARNING! This is a scam! I ordered a month ago. They charged my cc. I received emails w/ confirmation, tracking# & shipment is on its way. Nothing. Now they just tell me to check back.

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam. Waited months, they keep saying to check back in 6-7 days nothing forthcoming.

They send shipping code then nothing.... take your money and nothing... scam scam scam

There should be a rating lower than 1 star for this despicable organization! I purchased a Christmas gift more than a month before Christmas and made payment via PayPal which was debited from my account during the first week of December. The item was not received. I contacted them in the very beginning of December and was told the item was shipped and in customs. I waited another week and said I didn’t want the item unless it was received in time for Christmas. I also contacted PayPal. I opened a PayPal dispute and followed PayPal’s instructions. When PayPal contacted Kidte the item they shipped it that day. I expressed my concerns to PayPal who said I had to elevate my dispute. Needless to say the item finally arrived during the second week of January. I contacted PayPal and said I did not want the item. PayPal is still giving kidte chance after chance and PayPal still has not allowed me to return the item nor have they returned my money. I explained to PayPal that in all fairness they should inform customers if the company is in China as our postal service cannot track international returns. I am thoroughly disappointed with Kidte and PayPal! Buy at your own risk - PayPal’s return policy favors the vendor and not the purchaser!

I have ordered a magic puzzle of an advert on Facebook. I paid £16.99 And have found it on Amazon for £5.50. So first mainly over priced. Secondly it arrived damaged the packing l have emailed backwards and forwards with the very impersonal emails and lack of giving a monkeys l wouldn't buy anything of this company again. Poor customer skills, and lack of giving a future option that wasn't given. I was told to shut up and put it as they don't care.

BAD BAD COMPANY!! Do not buy from them.. Magic writing board was just a piece of cardboard, no tablet. For me to get a refund, I have to pay for shipping to send back the piece of cardboard they sent me?!?! Ridiculous! These people are frauds! Buyers beware!

Agree with other comment. This is a bunch of scams and junk don't buy from here.

Everything everyone is saying is completely true. After months waiting for this crap, I was excited to finally see the package in only to have my hopes deflated when I opened it up and indeed.... just a crappy piece of cardboard with some cutout black letters. I wish there was a way to recoup my money. On top of that, just like everyone said, to return and refund I would have to pay the cost of shipping still leaving me out what I spent to get this heaping pile of dog fecesin the first place. Please, if there is something that can be done please do it! Burn this junkpile to the ground. I am so heated I can't help but look back in the postage envelope expecting to find something I missed. Completely and utterly horrendous and unacceptable.

For anyone who might consider ordering a child’s “Magic”tablet that lights up, let me share my experience.

I ordered such a tablet for a granddaughter , thinking it might be something she would enjoy while fighting leukemia.

I had no idea the product was coming from China. (Cost $29.85).
The “Magic Tablet” arrived from China, contents listed as “belts.”

Opened the package to find the contents as listed, except NO tablet, only a piece of cardboard that said “Magic Tablet” on one side & was white on the other side. Thus my battle began. They asked for feedback as to whether the customer was satisfied or not.

I let them know there was no tablet, only cardboard. Definitely NOT a satisfied customer. They requested pictures. Sent. Their reply: Product as described. My reply: NO TABLET INCLUDED

Next they wanted the order number, followed by a request for a video! Sent. Their answer to that: “Noted.” Then came the clincher. They requested that I return all the contents & they would refund my money, minus postage. ($22 and change.) Did they think I would believe that?!?🙄

I had to laugh! The thought that I would pay to send back their piece of cardboard was beyond ridiculous. I had to ask if I should label the package as “belts.” 😂🤣

That ended my relationship with said company. I did tell them that I now realized the company was a fraud making their money by selling fake tablets & making money from frustrated clients. If I could find a website for the company, I would definitely my review there in all caps!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PEICE OF TRASH! It is absolutely not as advertised and it totally trash. It took three months to receive and nothing was as advertised. I cannot believe this is allowed to be sold in the US. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to pay for shipping and handling (which is the cost of the item due to sending it back to China)!

Made the same mistake as most people saw the magic drawing board and paid $40 for a small piece of foam board that is grossly misrepresented. Box product comes in even shows more that you get. This is legal fruad

Magic drawing board- product not as represented and instructions not in English. Shockingly bad customer support. Not willing to help or apologise that product received does not match product description even when sent photos. Still to work out how to use the product. Complete waste of money. NEVER ever buy from these shonky suppliers.

$40.00 spent on this piece of garbage, even paid for the Express Shipping. This item is nothing like what the pictures show. It is a piece of cardboard, worth $2.00 and a marker with a light. Do NOT buy anything from these low life bums.
