Exceeded my expectations

I recently completed the assembly and testing of Ford's F450 ride-on toy. I'm delighted to report that every aspect of the entire experience, from ordering and delivery service to unpacking and assembly, was excellent and met my expectations.
I cannot wait to see the reaction of my grandson on his birthday.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Ordered my son's birthday present. It was expected to be delivered by March 26. It is now April 13th and it still hasn't even been shipped from Ontario despite the company saying it has arrived in Vancouver.

Haven’t received it.

Unfortunately I have not received the item yet! I was meant to receive it on March 30, but it still hasn’t even shipped as of April 10. I had sent support emails asking for updates, options etc. with very little help. What is annoying is this was a gift, I needed for a certain date to take it on a road trip, and wished I had ordered it from another company instead. Disappointing to be oversold on promises from a company: don’t put an estimate arrival date if it’s based on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! :(

Almost two weeks and still no ETA for online order.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and only just received a tracking number, and it's empty (carrier is waiting for the item)... No reply to the email I sent. Did get a call back to the first voicemail I left; the gentleman stated the item would be shipped out already. Just called again and left another voicemail... Poor online order fulfillment/service.

To be honest not that bad only thing is…

To be honest not that bad only thing is ordered it and before it got delivered went on sale 100 less but guess not for me.plus ordered more powerful motor but guess there on back order which I can understand,was told when motors come in they will drive up and swap them out free of charge so that's great.stay tuned and we shall see

No communication

First. I needed a part. I called several times. No answer. Left voicemails requesting return call. Didn’t happen. Sent email. Received a link to part which I already had seen but it had noted part out of stock. I ordered it from link. Took my money. So far not shipped.

I have ordered since November 2025 and…

I have ordered since November 2025 and now is still waiting for one of the missing order. They said will follow up and send out but after so many chats and emails NOTHING to respond.

I blocked my call display and finally talked to their sales, he told me the unit is in dispatch and called me back for more information. Now it has over one week, no call back nor any update.

Horrible Experience

I ordered an electric car for my son on Boxing Day and was told it would arrive the beginning of January. It is now February and I still have not received my item. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did, I was told another car was sent and would arrive within a few days. That never happened, and then was told from another employee a car was just dropped off at delivery service when I had previously been told another one had already been sent. I have been given the total run around and still have not received my item. While I really want to support Canadian companies, this was a total disaster and will never order from this company again.

I’m completely devastated

I’m completely devastated, I missed these reviews, I looked into purchasing the four wheeler for my son for Christmas. I spent countless hours going over different companies. Were kids on wheels took the time to answer all my questions. Were there every single time I messaged after I purchased and sent them the money. I had zero communication on delivery. I had to constantly reach out finally it was delivered a few days before Christmas item came in wrong color and after numerous attempts with the phone calls emails and each chats and zero people reached back out we then decided we would have to keep that item to put it together and it’s defective. I’ve spent countless weeks sending emails phone calls and each chat with zero replies I spent $2000 on a Christmas present for my son and now I’m dealing with this. I wish I would’ve seen this platform before I would also like to start a class action lawsuit we are literally devastated.

Ordered a bike Nov.27th suppose to be…

Ordered a bike Nov.27th suppose to be shipped and received by Dec.5th. Still have yet to receive unit. Contacted the store through emails, phone calls & even contacted the shipping company. The store themselves sent a email saying they’ll look into it Dec.8th & haven’t heard back from them since. Extremely difficult to get a refund because apparently they don’t return phone calls or emails & are more than happy to steal your money. Do NOT trust this company. You will spend your money & wont see the product. Extremely disappointed.

Buyer beware

Purchased a dirt bike and electric 4 wheeler on sept 8th of 2025.
The dirt bike showed up as promised. Here it is dec 15th and the 4 wheeler is no where to be found. Me and my wife have been contacting this company sense oct with no results. They are always to busy to help or send a generic email saying they will look into the matter and we never hear from them again with a resolution. Have now had to file a fraud case with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Absolutly ruined our christmas plans for are children. Scam company they take your money and run. Buyer beware.
