Hoped for better
We paid £750 for a ride-on car and, although the service initially seemed promising, our experience quickly went downhill.
The first issue was that the car arrived with missing screws. While I appreciate mistakes can happen, it's not the best start for a product costing this much.
Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. We contacted the company on four separate occasions regarding the MP4 player, but the issue has still never been resolved. The colour matching on the car is also poor, with different panels appearing to be different shades.
We also experienced ongoing battery problems. The company first sent us a fast charger, which actually made the issue worse, and then sent a replacement battery that performed even worse than the original. In the end, we had to spend our own money to resolve the problem ourselves, which shouldn't be necessary on a product that was less than a year old.
To add to our disappointment, the number plate has now fallen off the car, despite it not even being a year old.
For £750, I expected a premium product backed by reliable customer service. Instead, we've dealt with repeated quality issues, unresolved faults, and poor after-sales support. It's disappointing because the experience started well, but unfortunately the product quality and customer service simply haven't matched the price. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company.
