Appalling

I was made to feel like I was a completely useless parent. They kept telling me my children would die from a severed spine if they were in a forward facing seat. My son is 12 months. The seat is from 6 months with the Australian safety standard sticker on it. These stickers are on things for a reason. Next they tried to shame me for having my 10 & 9 year old in without a booster seat. Told me their spine would be severed also. I said legally they’re allowed to be in those seats & they’re tall enough to not need a booster. Again, just kept trying to shame me. Absolutely disgusting. So I went to baby bunting straight after. Got treated like a king, no judgement, installed my seat & off I went.

Give us our rights. My kids have endured enough

My mother is the CIO of Kidsafe NSW. My children and I have lived a certified hell. With my children being treated with such evil malice, it has nearly cost them their lives. Since my brother died in 2012, and I still suffer the pain of him being maliciosuly isolated me, my mother, and children, for there to be no reason. And for him to then die at 25, And for us to have been isolated from him for year, to have no effect and to have no honest information about the death of my own brother. I am scared of my mother. We have had no access to anythihg fair for over 12 years. Since my brother died, I can only explain, that there MUST be an explanation, for my kids and I, to be physically attacked, aweful harrassment. Relentless character assassintaton. My children nearly killed themselves. My chidren were subjected to increased physical violence and attacks at school, since Peter Cosgroves visit to Urangan State Public School on 21-07-2017 - With hospitalisation, threats, assaults, a refused bribe. The school principal malciously prosecuted and removed and the assaults on my children increased. I fear my mother the head of Kidsafe NSW, has withheld information from us. We my poor children and I. Have no idead why we are treated like this. And we want to know. No ex-wife has been "silenced" and I fear for her. My duaghters heart hurts to reconnect wth her poor silenced mother. Why are we being treated like this. Do we have to beg to the King, to explain our existance. When it all seems to lead back to my mother Christine Erskine and the Govenor Genenal. Please tell me what is the reason for our treatment, its increase since my brothers 2012 death. And what is it, that we can't be told, so we have some explanatton for the serioues events that affect our lives. Please tell me, how and why did my brother die. Please tell me, about fathers death. WE ARE HUMAN. We don't even know why we are treated like this. Please at leaast explain why we can't seem to escape my brothers death. What HAPPENED?

Fraudsters!

We sponsored some road safety packs for this company, no complaints there.
The issue we have, is the company have had their database stolen and do not feel that they need to let customers know about this.
We are now being constantly targeted by fraudsters, claiming to be bailiffs for the company.
They have all of our personal details as well as almost 200 of our sister companies personal details.
No response at all from this uncaring company. It really is a waste of time trying to speak with anyone there, as they are always in meetings and never respond to emails, unless you are supporting them financially.
We have now taken this situation legal.

The title of this review relates to the sad fact we and some of our customers have been targeted by fraudsters, who broke into our office and stole our PC’s. We immediately emailed and wrote to our sponsors and posted a warning on our website, which is presumably how this reviewer was informed of our problem. Thankfully not all our sponsors are affected and only commercial details were affected, and no personal or financial information was involved. Our small team of volunteers have worked tirelessly since and thankfully our database is now secure and most clients have been very supportive towards us and of our work, and we can't thank them enough.

Fake company - do not use!

I can confirm that this company have not sent out any packs / information to the two schools as described below, they haven’t even contacted either school. I have been checking with the head teachers on a weekly basis.

Not only are the schools completely let down, they have made both the directors of Radweb look like fools! They have basically stolen £600 from them.

They do not answer the phone and James has been waiting from a response from a director of the company for over three weeks now, which is when he requested the money back for failing to deliver.

STAY AWAY

They will more than likely post a review under this to state that this is a false report, like they did with James post - because once you’ve posted you cannot make another comment, I am happy for anyone wanting to know more to get in touch with me. They are a Fraud company!!

This is simply an extension/duplication and repition of the review below, ostensibly saying the same thing, and is therefore completely misleading due to the ommission of certain salient facts. It is a shame that the work an organisation like ours should be represented falsely in this way and therefore making our job that bit harder.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - FRAUD

Paid for 2 schools in March. Had a call in June to say they were really successful and did we want to sponsor more. We checked with the 2 schools and neither had received anything. We sent numerous emails to KidSafe asking when the schools will receive the packs and had no reply.

Eventually got through to them and told now its summer Holidays they will be sent out in September.

Spoke on the 5th September and they said it would be sent on the 13th September. Strangely then Received a copy of a letter dated 5th September which was sent to make it look like it went to the school as well but neither schools received the packs or letter.

I called and was told they were sent out on the 19th September, we waited for 2 weeks and still haven't got them so was told they were defiantly sent out and was promised a tracking number, haven't heard back from them since and they are not replying to emails or answering calls about a refund.

This has been a waste of £600 plus a lot of hassle and and made me look silly to the 2 schools I told we were sponsoring.

I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Unfortunately, this reviewer has been economical with the truth. First off, he is not the purchaser of our services, rather another member of the company that decided to make impossible demands of us, including demanding a refund, even though we had already delivered what was required of us by the purchaser. We have over the 22 years we have been in operation always delivered what we have promised, and we feel that it is unfair to make impossible demands of our benevolent service with threats of precisely this action if we are unable to concede.
