This website is a scam.
First of all, pardon my English - my Dutch is not that great.

I have ordered a Skip Hop ZigZag foam mat and paid around 80 euros + fast delivery costs 9 euros. 2 weeks later - no delivery, nothing. I've checked the status of the order on the website - it says that te delivery will arrive in the end of August 2017 (!) - the order was made in the end of May 2017.
I've tried to contact them via the online form on their web - nothing, cancel the order and get my money back - nothing, tried Facebook (site in Spanish) - nothing, tried Bilua email I've found (the web is a part of a Bilua e-commerce company) - nothing. So for not I have no money and no product and not sure where else can I go.

Nowhere on the website or the purchase process it was ever mentioned that the webshop is Spanish and therefore the toys are Spanish/Spanish speaking and singing. I purchased ( from Denmark ) an activity table from Vtech in their webshop. This toy is making sounds and has some music, and some letters written on it. ALL IN SPANISH. Which I do understand, but my Danish speaking child has not much use of it, I thought that I have purchased at least an English speaking product if not Danish....
That is one thing, the other is that I NEVER received a confirmation of my order. I thought hey, no problem I'll just contact their customer service...good luck with that! On the webpage form that has to be filled in with your email address and order nr, the page kept saying that my order nr doesn't match the email address given....waow, now I was super angry. Because it was the right order nr and email. I checked it several times. No email or phone nr to contact them, they made damn sure that you cannot get in touch in case of problems. This is disgusting. Thankfully I was smart enough to purchase via Paypal and I have a case running against Kidits now. Funny enough a day after my complaint I received a shipping confirmation.

So don't waste your time and money, this is an unserious business. Very tempting with their extremely low prices though...should have known better.
