Dangerous software- you cannot remove it. It seems to work, but after I checked it out for an hour, I 'remote uninstalled' it through their dashboard, and it remained on my computer. When it runs I could not find any indication of it (which is good when you don't WANT someone to find it), but really bad if you want to get rid of it. If you go to the website, it just says "email support", meanwhile all your keystrokes are being recorded on their website.

Paid for product, would not allow me to create a login, site would time out. Owner refuses to refund, says he has 7 days to fix it. Terrible product, I did not have a week to figure out install, creating a login should not be a hurdle.

Only worked 1 day, after that no connection, nothing, and cusomer service dis not help me. Worst service ever. Wasted money

We had questions on our daughters online usage - thank the heavens we put KidInspector on - found online preditors and far more - every single keystroke was recorded along with screen shots that lead to our being able to get help. thank you so much for being there when we needed you!!!! Highly recommended. completely transparent to the child

Purchased this a few days ago trying to install it on to Mac is a nightmare. Emailed no response and telephone number does not work. Leaving this out of frustration! Can someone help you have took the money!!

Everyone's going on about how invisible it is to their kids but actually I'm a Child and I found the app on my computer and deleted it <3

Honestly I was disgusted when I found it and knew that when I was upset or angry about things and talking to my friends my parents had been secretly watching and spying on me. I think it's awful that you people find you need to invade your children's privacy like this and I am horrified that this app even exists.

The site is down for days now!!! This is ridiculous because I paid for a year. If it doesn’t come back up, I’m contacting cc to charge back for scam.
I give 2⭐️ because before the Pandemic, kidinspector was working average. Displayed keyboard strokes events and websites in a timely manner. In the past 2 months however, it has been horrible. I have put in many tickets for issues without any resolution! I paid extra for unlimited video playback and that has never worked properly. It lags at least a day behind and takes no screenshots nor does it show Any social media im as it claims.
I’m disappointed, it looked like the site had potential if it worked a little harder at improvements.
You can’t reach site now, it’s down.

Purchased this last week, it worked for 1.5 days and then stopped. Shows computer offline eventing l even though our child is on it doing home work. 3 customer service tickets created, no response. Called the support phone number and is disconnected.. . What's going on with this company? I thought it was a reputable.

I purchased both KidInspector for Windows and mSpy for iOS to track my teenage son. I’m pretty sure that I’ll use both apps further. KidInspector helps me monitor all kinds of his computer activity. It records all keystrokes, search queries, web browser history, visited websites and many more. The software is hidden from my kids so they don’t know that I track them. mSpy is a similar app for a smartphone. It records locations of my son during the day and all messengers. Both applications work without bugs.

It records every clipboard event, every visited website, every running app. Now I can read every message that my daughter sends to her boyfriend, I can even watch her screen in real time - that is very convenient if you don't want to miss any detail. Besides, I have a son, he's 12 and this software helps me control his search queries and visited websites. It can even monitor browser history that was removed.
