Kid games reviewed my request and acted accordingly thankfully problem solved

I received good customer Support from Eugene' thank you for assisting me in my issue.

Absolute scam, advertised a light fitting went to purchase it, paid for that only to find out I paid for a membership to discount club. Two days later they took out another payment without asking.

Total SCAM!! Via ad on Facebook for buying a backpack I ended up with a membership at this company. The man, Byron, I chatted with just wrote that they have no responsabillity in this. Ofcourse they have! They must work with this shady ad and META to nestle unknowing people in to membership.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from Kidgames. I recently attempted to cancel my subscription, but the process has been unnecessarily prolonged.

To make matters worse, Kidgames took it upon themselves to top up my account without my explicit consent. I had not authorized this transaction, and yet they still went ahead and took the money.

This lack of transparency and disregard for customer preferences is alarming. As a customer, I expect to have control over my account and financial transactions.

I would caution others to be wary of Kidgames' business practices and to carefully review their terms and conditions before signing up.

Until Kidgames improves their customer service and billing practices, I would not recommend their service to others.

Lordy really helped me he provided great service and understanding but I would like to get my refund back as it was not my intention to buy or apply for membership I believe my nephew had an access in my phone but I didn’t not buy anything thank you

This company bounces of another one called shop kingdom. You go to make payment on shop kingdom and it actually takes payment from this website. And signs you up to their membership. And to get your money back. You have to sign in and by doing that you accepted the membership. So they refused to refund you. They say they cancelled your account but they don't! They try to take money again (I cancelled my card luckily) I finally spoke to someone who said they refund me all my money as long as I take down my reveiw. So I did... just for them to refund only half !!!

I'm very disappointed with you guys just yesterday you told me that my account is cancelled but is definitely not cancelled as the money is been deducted again from my account
