Absolut toller Kundenservice

Ich habe vor ein paar Monaten bei Ihnen bestellt. Der Versand ging zügig und es war alles dabei. Vorallem haben sie bei mir aber einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, da sie sich sofort um mein Problem mit dem Paketdienst gekümmert hätten. Es wurde von DPD zwei Straßen weiter abgelegt. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich der Empfänger des Pakets bereits bei mir gemeldet und hat es abgegeben. Trotzdem hätte der Kundendienst vom Kickstartershop gleich einen Fall bei DPD eröffent und sich unverzüglich darum gekümmert.
Ware ist preislich vollkommen in Ordnung und qualitativ absolut Hochwertig. Auch vorab Fragen zum Produkt beantworten Sie sehr schnell und immer Freundlich. Wenn es dort etwas gibt was ich brauchen kann bestelle ich auch in Zukunft sehr gerne bei Ihnen.
