I sold a omega swatch neptune at 6/5/2025 for £320 pounds and I haven’t still received a payout. This is utterly unacceptable. You need to start taking action, sent 100s of emails and got no response if not resolved I will start to take legal action

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. I am currently owed £37,000, and despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly and amicably, the company has failed to make repayment or offer a clear resolution.
The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply frustrating and distressing. A company that operates in this way demonstrates a complete disregard for its customers and clients.
Funny how I had a call from the head of consignment back in January stating it will be different this time bla bla and currently getting ignored. Now im back in the same situation with 402 items outstanding payment. some outstanding by 96 working days.
for someone thats sold over 3500 items you think you would be treat a little different. clearly not.
would strongly avoid.
Hold on to returns money for ages
I did give them 5 starts before for great delivery but when I wanted to return they breached their returns policy and I didn’t get my money until nearly a month. They blamed it on a returns back log but to be honest I don’t care what their reasons were I’m entitled a refund and my money within their policy return time frame, it weren’t my fault they had a back log. So unprofessional I had to get Resolver to help and as soon as I did I got my refund. Terrible returns and so stressful , no I don’t recommend them and I will never shop there again. It’s just too much unnecessary headache!

Same story as you can see for countless other people. Platform hardly works and they don't pay sellers out, or if they do it takes months. Communication non existant yet still manage to email you asking for consignments. Abysmal service start to finish.
2 months still no payout
I would give zero stars if I could. They claim payouts take up 14 working days, but it has now been over two months and I have still not received my payment of over £400. My account was disabled without explanation, and there has been zero communication despite multiple emails and messages through their social channels.
No one responds, no updates are given, and they are holding on to sellers hard-earned money with no accountability. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying sellers. I’m so frustrated.
RUN! They don't pay sellers!
They claim you'll receive your payout after 14 working days of authentication however, I've been waiting for over a month now for payout on TWO items I sold!
Date of Sale:
IID 914105 [7th July 2025]
IID 916511 [15th July 2025]
Avoid selling on this platform.
I'll now have to go through the trouble of going to small claims court as they owe me over £400.
Non-delivery of the product
I have been a customer for a long time and have purchased several sneakers without any issues. However, on August 1st, I purchased a Jordan 1 High and, for the first time, I am extremely dissatisfied: the order has not been shipped, I have not received any response to the only email I sent, and there is no other way to contact the store. I am still waiting for the product I paid for and I demand an immediate solution. The lack of response and attention to customers is unacceptable.
Ordered a pair of dunks
Ordered a pair of dunks, still waiting after 11 working days for any notification on shipping.
No communication very poor, unacceptable customer service! Scammers and fraudsters don't buy from them. They have closed two Manchester stores!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Money hungry
Ordered a shirt for a great price, however was sent the wrong shirt in the wrong size. Was initially accused of removing the ‘tag’ from the item which is actually how it arrived after shipping. Then only listened to reason when I kicked up a huge fuss. Claimed they’d send me the correct shirt, however when they received my returned shirt changed tune entirely and said there’s nothing they could do and I’d have to have a refund. Even offering store credit which was hilarious after how they handled the case. I presume because the shirt went up in value 5x on the website they no longer wanted to honour our contract and wanted to make more money. Badly run business and terrible customer service.

I sold trainers with this company 3 months ago. I have emailed 20 times regarding payment and i received no reply. This is a scam company with new owners trading of a previously reputable brand. I am now having to start county court proceedings. DO NOT USE this fraudulent company!!!
Just avoid buying from them
Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person replying to emails is completely unhelpful, ignores most of what you write, and just repeats the same copy-paste answers. I was straight up lied to about returns fees and misled more than once.
I got an email saying my return was received on 1st July — then after chasing them up, they suddenly claimed it was actually received on the 10th and now I have to wait even longer. Zero accountability.
No phone number, no live chat — just email back and forth with someone who won’t actually help you. I also returned another item over a week ago and haven’t heard a thing.
Shocking service. Not worth the hassle. Will never order from them again.
receiving used dirty shoes in the box
Originally ordered a pair of £350 trainers for a gift which never arrived after weeks of waiting and no correspondence as to why there was a delay. I reached out and the store replied saying they had to cancel my order due to stock supplies. (Would of been nice to know my order was cancelled)
They then issued me store credit to re order the shoes but at this point the shoes jumped up an extra £50 in price costing £400. I paid the extra money and re ordered the shoes with the store credit.
After re ordering the shoes they still never arrived on time which lead me to have to go and buy the shoes else where last minute. Costing me an extra £400. Once the shoes finally arrived i then returned them as there was no need for them anymore.
The store would only do a store credit return as this is there policy which i understand but seemed unfair as when i originally ordered these shoes the first time round i paid in full cash so i think i should of been entitled to a full cash payment. The store said that when i re ordered the shoes i used part of the payment was with the store credit which meant that i was only able to revive the store credit back as a “refund” but the point i tried to get across over email is its the second time i have had to ordered the shoes due to there error so i think as i originally paid in full cash i should of been able to get it back this way.
Usually if u pay in full and want a return they can return the payment to your bank with no issues but i was not entitled to this seemed unfair?
Any way as they said there was nothing they could do to help me And store credit was the only thing they could offer me , i then spent the store credit as i didn’t want it to go to waste. I ordered a pair of trainers in the size 4uk NEW and when the trainers arrived the invoice said Uk4 but it had a size 3.5uk on the box and when trying the trainers on they was to small.
Also the soles of the trainers was dirty and had stones in like they had been used before.
Over all not happy with the company , the shipping , the customer support or the shoe quality. As a customer when buying a new pair of shoes i don’t expect used trainers dirty trainers to be in the box on opening. And i feel like when i have to re order shoes due to the company’s errors i should be entitled to a refund with the Original payment method. I am happy to send over any proof needed. Just feel like this has been a big waste of my £400
Scam
Package wasn’t what I ordered and came damaged. I was then told it was my fault. Terrible service and a scam.

Six months no action
I had a very poor experience with Kick Game’s return and refund process.
In November, I bought a pair of Yeezy slides that were the wrong size. I started the return process immediately and purchased the correct size separately. Kick Game confirmed my original pair was eligible for a refund and said they would issue £69.99 in store credit. But instead, they sent me a £65 voucher, already less than promised.
I then asked for the refund to be processed back to my card since I had paid full price and returned the item within 14 days. I actually returned it the next day. Their refund policy clearly says that store credit only applies to promotional items, and mine was not. I confirmed this with them.
They told me the issue would be escalated, but six months passed with no response. I followed up again recently, and all they did was resend the £65 store credit, ignoring the rest of my message and still not processing the refund to my card.
This feels like they are avoiding responsibility and intentionally refusing to honor their own refund policy. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I followed all the right steps and communicated clearly throughout.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on how they’ve handled this.
I paid £5 to have the item delivered
I paid £5 to have the item delivered, however, these fraudsters charged me £10 to send it back.
that's the first, and last, time I'll be ordering anything from these crooks.
Avoid at all costs.
