Extremely Poor Service - Still Waiting After 6+ Weeks
I ordered a phone grip from this company over a month and a half ago and am still waiting for my product to arrive. The shipping delays alone would be frustrating, but the complete lack of customer service has made this experience unacceptable.
Despite sending multiple emails requesting updates, I’ve received only one response in which they promised to either track down my order or issue a refund within 24 hours. That was 13 days ago. Since then: no updates, no refund, and complete radio silence to my follow-up emails.
