Reasonable rates

Our credit card processing company was charging as much as 13%. The rates have just kept going up. Ridiculously unfair for us to have to absorb that for our patients. 3.75% is reasonable and the patients pay that now. We haven't had any complaints thus far.

Maria is such a charming, smart and helpful young woman! She explained all aspects of using kibopay and was very easy to use! She has made our lives simple and financially rewarding! She always replies to my questions. She is the best!! THANK YOU MARIA!!💕❤️🥰🏀

Love working with Shirley from Kibo

Love working with Shirley from Kibo! Number 1 she is available and accessible to figure out any issues in set up or any other part of the process. In todays market customer service seems automated and I really appreciate able to communicate on the phone by text or voice to get the job done! Number 2 the systems that are offered work great and the customers are satisfied too which makes my job easy!

Maria has been FANTASTIC

Maria has been FANTASTIC! Any question that we have she is more than willing to help. If she doesn't know the answer she will find out for us. We have had a wonderful experience so far. Thank you for doing what you can for us!

Have been dealing with Maria

Have been dealing with Maria, since we switched 4 months ago and just recently had to do a DDA change request. All I can say is when I became a kebopay client I was unhappy with my old company's customer service, Maria has made our new customer service great and beyond our expections. Shirley was Great!!

I worked with Shirley and was very happy with how she explained how this process worked. She was patient and clear in her explanation. I will certainly consider doing business with Kibo Pay and Shirley in the future.

I'm happy I made the switch to Kibo

I'm happy I made the switch to Kibo! My previous company was no longer meeting my needs, but I appreciated the service my sales rep provided. When I spoke with Maria, she made me feel welcome and assured me that switching to Kibo would be easy. I was skeptical at first, but I trusted her and I'm so glad I did!

Maria is wonderful to work with. She returns my calls promptly, answers all my questions, and is incredibly patient. I only wish I had made the switch sooner! I highly recommend Maria 100%
