I bought a watch yesterday from James at Kibble Watches, via his WhatsApp Broadcast. Despite it not being a high end purchase, I still received fantastic service, with fast and efficient communications and the watch delivered and on my wrist only 24 hours later. The watch and its box and papers are in even better condition than I could have hoped, basically as new unworn. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be buying from James again.

His selling fees aren’t much more than eBay - but you get much more for your money, with all the photographs, marketing and use of his network to sell. For my USA friends please STAY AWAY from kibble watches.com. They ARE NOT affiliated in any way to the UK store. They offer much cheaper prices..to good to be true. In my opinion they are a SCAM. Their phone number search shows a fraud number. Their invoice they send is International Traders LLC. Stay away you may get scammed.

Query responded to very quickly. Selection of photos provided at initial enquiry. Tracking provided at shipping. Watch recieved in excellent time and very well packaged.

The KW watch cloth and travel pouch included in the box were an unexpected and lovely touch.

Very professional and personable experience buying a watch from James at Kibble Watches. On this occasion it was only a Seiko Grand Quartz but I think the service would have been the same at 20 times the price which is perfect for true watch enthusiasts and collectors. There is absolutely no doubt I will be buying from Kibble watches again, the watch was exactly as described, good value, very well packaged and quickly dispatched.
