Great sofa for everyday use
I really like the sofa a lot. Bought a Queen sized bed for my balcony as a sunbed and it has been perfect for the space. I have a cat at home and she loves to lay on it as well. And even though she likes to scratch on it, it remains looking great after 6 months. No thread pulls or anything. Super easy to wash as well

Easy to order, multi-use and very comfortable
Easy to order and take use. More importantly very comfortable and appreciating multi-use functionality. Our family loves King size sofa as we can choose to watch TV not only as normal sofa, but also as sofa bed. Lovely Khoy sofabed
We bought the Khoy kingsize bed in green and it’s the best sofabed ever, not to mention very stylish. We are very happy with our purchase and will probably get another (smaller) one at some point.

I am satisfied with the quality of the products; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service, which has been consistently unreachable. I have been waiting for a refund for my returned item for over a month, despite multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, all of which have gone unanswered.
Under applicable consumer protection regulations, refunds should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. This delay is unacceptable. I formally request that my refund be processed immediately. If I do not receive a response within the next few days, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

Amazing experience with Khoy! Their sofa's look and feel even more high quality in real time. Perfect fit to transform our Garden House to an additional guest room.
We had an issue with the flooring of our home that was I incorrectly assumed was from the Sofa. The customer service was excellent both through Mail and even analyzing the issue in person and offering a solution that worked for us.
10/10 would recommend!

I was hesitant, but after seeing Khoy's generous return policy, I took a risk. I'm so glad I did. It's the best bed I've had in years, and I didn't even think I liked memory foam. Calling it a sofa bed seems like a diss. It's so much more. I still can't quite believe I have space for a king-size bed in my studio apartment. It's comfortable to sleep alone in or with someone. The fact that it's shipped in easy-to-carry boxes made it simple to transport up several floors. I opened up the boxes, and like magic, I had a new sofa. And a new bed. Set-up was no big deal. Customer service quickly responded to my questions. I highly recommend Khoy! :)
