It is a scam. The doctors are just requiring unnecessary additional testing instead of helping online for the most basic symptoms that I already had experience with
First, they get your money. Second, they tell you to go see a Dr. in person. Third, they log out without a word. If you email a complaint you get an unsympathetic response telling you to go else where. I did.
