Terrible experience seller charged me for the delivery which she delivered it in person without notifying me and just decided to turn up when I questioned her she said she lived nearby but refused to refund my delivery charge lol (disgraceful) She sent me no order confirmation very unprofessional! I returned the order back in person because she had the cheek to say i need to cover the postage cost after charging me for the delivery which wasn’t a courier service! When i went to return I got dirty looks!! Typical! Would never purchase from this dodgy seller ever again!!!

First you tried to blame us for delivering to the wrong address and when we showed you the proof that we delivered to the same shipping address you wrote in your order than you made an issue of why we delivered by ourself and not used any postal service because we charged £4.
That dont make any sense, we charged for shipping not for using postal service. If we goto someones door and deliver it ourself that still takes time and effort on our part and we would like to be compensated for that.
You asked to return the item and we happily obliged , writing wrong address on the order wasnt our fault and we told you beforehand that refund will consist of only original items price and will not include shipping charges , you didnt raise any objection then , but here you are making a big deal out of it.
Look we are a small family business operating out of our house. After payment processing fee and shipping charges we barely make few quids. If we pay customers shipping charges for returns , it hurts us alot but i can see your frustration ,i mean its not your problem and its cost of doing business on our part.
Still we’d love to pay you back your £4 shipping charges and put this behind us. We should’ve never deducted that in the first place.
“When i went to return I got dirty looks!!” Are you for real ? First of all you didnt come , you said your niece will drop the package off. Second that whole interaction took 3 seconds and it was dark at the door and there was no light source to even see the face of person . Please dont go this low for £4 , which we wouldve given you if you asked us.
