A terrible experience after changing the withdrawal methods. My earnings were frozen and technical support is unresponsive. They offer no help whatsoever, only impossible conditions.

My experience with this platform has been extremely disappointing. My balance was withheld, and I was not given any realistic way to withdraw my money. The withdrawal conditions were suddenly changed without prior notice, and none of the available methods work for my country. There is no suitable bank transfer option, no alternative e-wallet solution, and even other possible arrangements are rejected under conditions that make withdrawal practically impossible.

I tried every possible solution available to me to withdraw my balance, but without success. My money is still being held by them at the time of writing this review.

Customer support is slow, unhelpful, and often responds in a condescending manner rather than offering real assistance.

It is very unfortunate to see an Arab platform decline to this level of failure. From my personal experience, this feels like a deceptive way of blocking users from accessing their earnings.

I do not recommend this platform and advise others to be very cautious before using it.

I do not recommend it, especially if you're a seller offering services, because the platform will always side with the buyer if there's a problem—even at the expense of your time and money. Imagine they banned me just because a buyer requested to cancel a service because he didn’t like it, even though he wasted my time and money, got the service for free, and the order was still canceled. I was banned for three months.

When I came back and looked at the canceled orders over the years, I found that this buyer had purchased several services from me over the years and, each time, requested a cancellation after receiving the service for some bull*hit excuse. Even a friend of mine who also works on khamsat and offers the same service as I do had the same experience with him.

In short, they want to prioritize the buyer over the seller because the buyer is the one who pays, but the fools in tech support don’t realize that most buyers come from our own marketing efforts. This was the worst experience I’ve had with any platform, despite working as a freelancer for over 15 years."

very bad customer service. bought a product that doesn't work and didn't get back my money

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Khamsat. After purchasing a program from one of the freelancers on the site, it turned out to be completely unusable on my device. Despite following all instructions and even buying a new Windows laptop to accommodate the software, it still didn’t work. The freelancer was uncooperative, and when I asked for a refund, Khamsat’s support was equally unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue or ensuring I received a functioning product, they suggested I keep wasting more time trying to fix it. The platform clearly lacks proper buyer protection and accountability for freelancers. I do not recommend using Khamsat if you’re expecting professional support or reliable service.

I have been using Khamsat since 2013, and overall, my experience has been positive. While the platform has its imperfections, they are consistently working to improve the user experience and address issues. However, I hope they focus more on enhancing the user interface because, although simple, it currently feels outdated. Additionally, the 14-day hold period for withdrawing funds, plus an extra 2 days after requesting payment, is excessive. It would be beneficial to reduce this timeframe. I also suggest adding a feature to block certain users from purchasing your services and preventing canceled orders from being reviewed. It’s unfair to receive negative reviews for orders canceled by buyers for arbitrary reasons.

Worst and unprofessional

I tried Khamsat.com in 2 projects, and I was surprised to see that huge number of offers and the talents I saw.
The outcome was really good and I won’t hesitate to use again in the future.

I have been working on Khamsat as a seller for more than 5 years, and during this period I had many experiences with many people on the site and its technical support team. I had buying experiences too, I bought some services.
The main positive aspects of my experiences with the site include:
- The site is easy to use, whether to sell or buy services, and there is a knowledge center that provides simple and illustrated explanations.
- It includes a large number of sellers and buyers, and there is much more buying traffic in it than any other Arab site similar to it.
- There are a large number of features that facilitate the provision of greater services, including service improvements.
- The evaluation system saves a lot of time when purchasing services, because you will not find a low-quality service with a high rating.
Completely safe, as I have not had any security issues throughout my use of it.
Extremely fast, both in terms of browsing and sending and downloading files.
- Technical support was previously of low quality, but it is now good in terms of response speed and quality of responses.
It includes useful sections for sellers and buyers, including requests for services that do not exist, and general matters about five.
The services provided by the vendors on the site are very many and varied, as you can find almost any service you need in any field.
But the site is not perfect, of course, as it suffers from a few shortcomings, namely:
- Balance can only be withdrawn by PayPal, while there is more than one payment method.
- The administration of the site does not try very hard to implement the suggestions of users, even those suggestions whose importance is unanimously agreed upon.
- The site lacks a system that provides sellers with a professional display of their previous work.
But these shortcomings are not enough to stand in the way of sellers and buyers to achieve the benefit they expect from the site, so I had a good experience with Khamsat, and I made good money working on it.

I have been purchasing services from khamsat for more than two years and have dealt with a large number of professional sellers who provide a variety of valuable services at an affordable cost.
The site provided me with a safe environment to embrace many wonderful services in various fields, which helped me to improve my own site and attract several talented people to work with me freelance.

Personally, I've had very positive experiences as seller on Khamsat.com
At first, I offered competitive prices on my services.
Then -after proving my eligibility- I was able to set the price I wanted.
I dealt with really good buyers, the majority of them
treated nicely, don't argue with the price, and evaluated my work excellently

As a seller, the site is good and offers great protection, but their laws are bad, and they don't serve the seller in most cases.

The fees are too big and not suitable for sellers.

There are some great sellers out there but the platform is a nightmare, unprofessional.

I experienced Khamsat 2 times in my life. Once as a seller, and once as a buyer.

Both was terrible! Everything is bad there, opportunities, classifications, algorithms, etc.

they toke 1 $ from the buyers and 1$ from the sellers and sometimes they delete your service even after approval don't trust them because I hade a service that i sell and already hade 3 orders to do suddenly they delete the service, imagine that happened with you I was promoting my service on Facebook to get sells then ... the service was approved on their platform for a year and a half and what !!!!
also, they take your money for 14 days delay (with millions of users there is a lot of money to invest in 14 days) and only pay you on PayPal.
Oh Allah, treat them with justice
