Loved my abaya, got so many compliments, will deffo purchase from this website again!

Lovely Abayas and service. Would recommend.

I visited this shop last week and was shocked by how rude the staff were. One of the women started swearing in Bengali after I politely asked if they could lower the price, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. When I let her know I did understand what she said, she laughed in my face instead of apologising. Even more disturbing, she swore on my father’s name, which I found incredibly disrespectful and offensive. Overall, a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others not to spend their money here.

What happened during my visit was not a simple misunderstanding or an internal conversation misinterpreted. One of the staff members clearly swore at me in Bengali after I politely asked about a possible price reduction, words that were undeniably directed at me. When I made it known that I understood what she had said, instead of offering an apology, she laughed and was clearly very flustered. To make matters worse, she used an extremely offensive expression involving my father’s name, which I found deeply disrespectful and culturally insensitive.

I do not post negative reviews without reason. I shared my experience so that others are aware of how customers may be treated, particularly if they are assumed not to understand what is being said around them.

I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how your staff communicate with all customers, regardless of language or background.

Fast delivery. Absolutely fell in love with this abaya when i saw it online i had to purchase it so stunning and elegant. Got so many compliments. The material is stunning sooo soft and comfortable.
